Birchkit frowned. They were all getting attention and she wasn't! How did they even know what each other were saying? "M-mama!" She repeated, a worried expression on her face. What if they forgot her in favor of the ones who could understand her? What if she starved because of that??

Minkcloud wandered somewhere outside of ThornClan territory as he had done nearly every day for what felt like forever. He had caught onto Blaze's absence about a day after she had disappeared and refused to give up on finding her. As much as he wanted to, he knew it would be foolish to stay out here all the time to search for her because he would have a tough time defending himself. The tom paused to taste the air and so that he could listen for any unusual sounds.

(goose could find blaze instead of minkcloud if you guys want. i think it would add some drama)
