Brambleheart flicked her ear, showing she was ready, and focused on the spot next to the bird. She leaped, landing on the branch, and it swayed. She wobbled precariously, and swiped at the bird wildly with one paw, grabbing it's wing. Brambleheart pulled it to her mouth, and bit its neck quickly. She let it fall to ground, and grabbed onto the branch, just as she slipped. Next thing the tabby she-cat knew, she was hanging by her front claws, her hind legs churning the air. "Greenheart!" Her voice was filled with fear. "Help me!"

He instantly rushed forward, leaning down just as her claws slipped. He grabbed her by the scruff and went back to a more stable part of the branch they were on. He carefully put her down on the branch, without saying a word, before he burst out "Are you okay?!"

Brambleheart nodded, panting. "I am now." She looked up at the tom, and suddenly, he seemed... vulnerable. Maybe it really scared him when I fell.. Does that mean he...? No. He can't like me. "You were so fast, I'd never have been able to move that fast if you were the one who'd fallen." She blinked slowly.

A deep purr rumbled in the back of her throat, and Brambleheart followed him down the tree. Upon reaching the ground, she looked at Greenheart, her heart full of joy. The tabby she-cat's eyes glowed with happiness and she head-butted his chin. Brambleheart fell into step beside him, their pelts touching.
