Pronouns ~ She/Her
My Coming Out Story is a simple one, nothing fancy. I told my mom I was a Lesbian in December of 2010 I believe. She, of course, is a strict Catholic and needless to say hasn't taken well--at ALL-- to the news, ever since. For me, that night, there were no tears, no outbursts, no cursing my life. My being gay was just a fact I'd made known, and that was all it was. My dad took everything much better. He's been my support system since before I could even comprehend the meaning of the word "gay." He desires for me to be happy and healthy --as every parent should want for their child(ren). I'm not gonna tell you some Cliche Story about how my dad looked me in the eyes and told me he knew I was gay since I was 3; That was never said, and it's not true. However, He Accepts Me Nonetheless.
My Gender Cisgender. I will always be female

Run The World, GIRLS!
My LGBTQ Role Models Let's start off with the girl who put a glint in my eyes for the very first time. Emily Fields. I was in school one day and a friend brought up this show called "Pretty Little Liars." That night, when I got home, I immediately went online to research this new show. It looked amazing, and with the great taste in my mouth from Secret Life-- an older ABC Family Teen Show-- I had to give this new show a try. Unbeknownced to me, a week or so later, my friend Lisa had shopped online for the first season to give me as a gift. I had received it after walking into school at 7:10 am one morning, and was absolutely thrilled. I'm still thankful, and I never let Lisa forget it. So I know it sounds corny.. but I was so mesmerized by this Lesbian girl named Emily on this teen show, that it was almost as if, through the coming months, I focused on nothing else. I even ditched my Algebra homework to watch 'PLL' as the show was now dubbed by fans. (Who needs Algebra anyway..? lol) So, with each new Episode on the DVDS, I became more and more obsessed. Emily, Aria, Spencer, and Hanna were not just fictional characters, they were my Squad. And they Still are Today! (With the Addition of Alison, of course) Shay Mitchel (Emily Fields) Has helped not only me, but millions of others, come to terms with their sexuality. I love you Shay
The next Role Model on my list is not a character or actress, but a real live LGBT ACTIVIST.

Her name is Jazz Jennings, and I'm sure many of you know of her from her hit TV series ''I am Jazz''. This girl is young but mighty, in every sense of the word, and I truly love her for it!~ The courage she has shown, living not only as a Transgender Teenager, but earlier in Life, as a Transgender Child, gives me the utmost respect for this young woman. I hope, with my whole heart, to meet both Jazz and Shay someday
Honorable Mentions Ingrid Nilsen, Jelly and Day, Chrissy and Bria, Santana Lopez, Blaine Anderson, Kurt Hummel, Brittany S. Pierce, Drew/Andrea (From Dead of Summer) and, of course, Ellen Degeneress and Olivia Wilde (hot hot hot

My Orientation Lipstick Lesbian (I'm very Feminine)
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Love one another <3 Peace out. ~EricaRino-Sona ~ The Rainbow Unicorn
