Fosky #1 Test Adopt

- honestly this style is not something I ever do and coloring it feels really unnatural
yaY a test adopt!
I don't really know what to do for the form, so since this is a test, it'll be an "impress me" of sorts.
If you don't know what to do for the form, just do "Why you want it"
Ends in 48 hours (subject to change ??)
Include the name somewhere
If this goes well then mmAYYBe I might do something with these
(however Viscets will always be a priority so I'd end up hiring a lot of other people to help out with these)
