I'm pretty disturbed by the fact that everyone is saying that Team Mystic is awesome and underrated and everyone joins it so they join it. I chose Team Valor because strength fits my personality and my brother chose Instinct because he's very intelligent. What was the personality of Mystic? Would you rather be Mystical, Smart, or Strong? I'd be both Strong and Smart because I really like Zapdos, but I've always loved Moltres. Moltres isn't that good for competitive battle, but Zapdos is amazing according to smogon. But Articuno is rated PU. Meaning, literally. PU.

Instinct believes that pokemon have excellent intuition, and that you can never lose when you trust your instincts. They think this is related to the way an egg is raised. Mystic believes pokemon have a very deep wisdom, and that you can never lose when you calmly analyze the situation you're in. They research the evolution of pokemon. Valor believes pokemon are much stronger than humans, and are warmhearted. They believe the pokemon trained on their team will be the strongest in battle.

I don't know what you mean with mystic just being mystical, I chose because it seemed suited towards those that prefer logic and intellect.

I seen a ponyta shadow today while I was playing while riding the bus.... I was tempted to jump off the bus and chase it because well <3 Pontya..... But I had to just let it pass me by because I was going to be late. I'm gunna cry.

Then... To top it off.... I was almost home at the end of the day but had to stop off somewhere and I knew my phone was almost dead but was like, "I'll just peak and see if its a populated area..." BUT then there was a dragon-y shadow and I'm not sure which pokemon it would have been I couldn't tell, and my phone was at 2% and my brightness was turned down all the way and it was really sunny but I ran frantically trying to find it, and I was super close but not quite there yet... AND THEN MY PHONE FLIPPING DIED. Ugh. No. Twice in one day.

90% of the time when i'm on the bus the app starts to glitch and it freezes... i got a koffing once though.
buses are really good for pokestops and hatching eggs

question: how different are pokemon if you go to a different area? i went to the river the other day and i only saw 1 magikarp, and it wasn't even near me D:

LOL I got a Magikarp downtown no where near the water yesterday, and I have no idea what was around that would spawn a Ponyta, apparently they like firestations and such....

I have only really travelled to 3 different places playing, home, a place I had a Dr apointment yesterday downtown, and a place I had an apointment today on the other side of the city. I haven't really noticed a true change in types of pokemon around. It didn't matter where I went, I was catching 90% Drowzee, Pidgey, Rattata, and Zubat in all 3 places. I also seen Eevee, Jynx, Krabby, Seel, Tauros, and others in all 4 places.... I haven't really noticed anything special about location at all other than the dowtown areas having more pokemon in general.

All of my egg hatching seemed pointless after hatching caterpie, weedles, pidgeys, rattata's, etc.. nothign good ever came out of hatching my eggs.

BUT ALAS, the one time I thought it'd be something stupid a vulpix came out!!! <3 <3 <3 And also a horsea and I was able to evolve into Seadra!! <3 Also, while I was out I caught a 621 Ponyta! I needed one for my pokedex since I already had a Rapidash.

Funny story on Rapidash. Me and my fiance were driving home when I opened my game up and BAM!! FREAKING RAPIDASH! WILD 872 RAPIDASH.
Now that I have a 621 Ponyta, if I catch more I can get an even higher Rapidash.
