they won two awards on the apmas! album of the year with blurryface and best music video for stressed out <3

i mean, there were some other bands i think deserved it, and i think top had an advantage just because of the scene, you know? but twenty one pilots is my favorite band (next to neck deep) so im obviously excited

I hope Tyler wins best drummer next year. Also I feel like they deserved it, I would explain my interpretation myself but it's confusing and hard to put into words so looking it up I found this pretty cool website trying to explain what it means. I agree with most of the part. To really understand you will also have to read the comments of what other people said.

EDIT: Okay so basically Laura nailed my theory I thought of a long time ago. Hence it was a while ago so I'm not fully committed to the theory but it was what I thought of.

I have found out that the songs all go in order…. the patterns may not matter (im not sure if they do or not this is just my thought.) The 5th circle on the album cover represents the 5th track in the album, that would be “Tear in my Heart”. This song is about tyler joseph’s wife, Jenna. if you look at the album cover, there are 2 red circles on the top right corner and on the bottom-middle. No matter which way you rotate the album, the middle circle is NEVER affected by the red circles (representing blurryface). I believe it is symbolizing the fact that Tyler refuses to let blurryface affect his marriage. I think that is really amazing how he symbolized that. Let me know what you think about my theory! (:
