History: For some time she didn't know she was an angel but one day she was asked to go to earth to look at human behaviour and spot the book. She did this for a while but when she tried to re-enter heaven they claimed they did not know her. She was cast-out so stayed on earth socialising.

Charlie sat down on a bench in the busy street. She was tired and needed to rest, she hadn't slept at all for a fortnight and now the search for the book had begun once more she needed the small amount of rest she took more than ever. Though Charlie was nearly dropping off she didn't think it was safe here she needed something to keep her mind off sleeping. She got up and stretched, walked into a nearby sandwich shop and sat down again. She hoped that heaven would send more angels soon.

Charlie's spine twitched she felt a demon. She hated the beasts more than anything and didn't want to mess with them. Normally she could stay in a room with one and not kill it but today she was restless, she might not be all that patient with a demon. She didn't want anyone to get hurt today so she walked quickly to her flat where she kept her weapons for fighting demons, She put a few weapons in her belt then walked the 30 second walk back to the bench again. She sat and waited, hopefully it couldn't sense her but she wasn't taking any chances so she thought about normal "human" things.

Charlie could feel the demon coming closer, she didn't know what to do. She spotted the red eyes in the crowd and relaxed, if the demon knew she was scared that would be the end of Charlie. I haven't got the book, Charlie thought, so why are you stalking me? I wont kill you. Charlie didn't know if this demon could read thoughts but knew that most could focus on an angel's thoughts. She didn't want to be attacked bu suddenly she remembered that she was in a busy place so the demon could not do much to harm her. Charlie sat very still.

Charlie knew the demon wouldn't leave her alone so expected a trick of some kind. Charlie held her breath but then started hummimg a happy tune. She suddenly felt better for some reason, either she had just been passed by an attractive man that she had seen out of the corner of her eye or there was an angel near by, she didn't know which.

Charlie assumed angel was nearby but soon changed her thoughts back to what the demon was going to do to her. Charlie was bit worried but she didn't show it. She just kept on eating her sandwich.

Charlie mirrored the demons actioned and faced her. To make it look like an ordinary encounter she bagan a conversation, "How was your day Lucy?" She asked, she didn't know the demon's name so picked a random human name that she tought sounded good.

Clarissa put on a red hairband, then a cloak. She walked down the street, sensing an angel she trotted back to her apartment. She wasn't scared, well that's what she made herself think. One day she would stand up to an angel, but today was not that day.
