For determining the top 10 pets, you could put a poll at the top of the page with links to pictures of the pets, and then staff and anybody who wants to can vote for their favorite 10. Then we put the top 10 in order from the most votes to the least votes.

We should also have set meeting times and days of the week so that staff members can tell you ahead of time if they can or can't be here.
