          FORAGER HEARTSTRINGS

          Genereal info;
            >age; Early twenties
            >gender; male
            >Sexuality; Heteroflexible

          Personality;
            >Forager is generally very gentle and loving, and is always willing to get along with anyone.

          Occupation;
            >Forager loves taking any metal recyclables he finds and turning them into sculptures that people can buy at his booth at fairs, parties, and other events! His shop is called Recycled Works, and generally makes a lot of money on what he makes. He makes a variety of things from rings to knick knacks to useful objects like frying pans or knives. You know what they say, "One mans trash is another mans treasure!"

          Weird Quirk;
            >His TV has never been set at a higher volume that 10 and no lower than that! If anyone even lifts a paw or hand to adjust the volume, he immediatly will smack away their hand.

          Accesories;
            An emerald Choker {Given to him by someone very special, three emerald studs on each ear, and an emerald colored lace shawl.
            They might be femine but they each have their own very signifacnt meaning of importance.

            The choker was his great great grandmothers who he grew very close too, as he was, in a sense, raised by her for a short time.

            The earrings he got from his close friend Ivvy after she invited they would look amazing with his pelt.

            And finally, his shawl was his mother's who has just recently passed away.
          short story;
            xxxxxWith every note he played, he felt his heart die a little. This was the song his mother had taught him to play as a child. "Love's Sorrow" it was called. It was by Fritz Kriesler.

            xxxxxAs he would play the piano, his mother would play her violin and they would play together, a duet of the beauty of sadness. The music would echo through their tatami style home and the neighbors would smile at them through the window in their music room, and Forager would always be given the thumbs up from next door. That always made him smile.

            xxxxxThey played this song at his mother's funeral just recently. He refused to speak, and didn't wish to be their for longer than he had to. This was love's sorrow that he felt their, and didn't wish to say or do anything at the funeral except be their, and get out as soon as possible. But being their sparked a memory.

            xxxxxForager's mother sat at the piano, her paws lightly playing "Love's Sorrow". A young Forager sat in her lap. "Mommy, why do you play 'Love's Sorrow'?" Forager asked, his small, innocent childish eyes looking up at his mother. "To teach you sorrow, Forager. Without sorrow, their would not be a value to life. Without it, life would have no purpose." Forager allowed himself to nod, and watch her paws as the tapped the black and white keys, his eyes watching every movement.

            xxxxxAfter observing for a short while, he wished to try the song himself. "May I try mommy? I've been watching what you do!" Forager said, looking up to her. She removed her paws from the keys and stood, grabbing the violin. "Go ahead!" she said, smiling. He began playing, and so did his mother, and their harmony was irreplaceable.

            xxxxxFor years they played many songs together like this, entering duet competitions, and winning a lot of them! One year, their set piece happened to be "Love's Sorrow", and they won that competition for sure. Those were the greatest years of Forager's life.

            xxxxxOne summer, when he was 10, during a competition, his mother's emerald lace shawl flew off because of a breeze coming from an open window, and hit Forager square in the face, and stayed their too. The people in the audience wouldn't stop laughing as he kept playing with the lace on his face. He smiled as he played, and so did his mother. Once off stage, they couldnt help but laugh until they were in tears, rolling about and snorting.

            xxxxxThat was the happiest moment of Forager's life. And then his mother became terminally ill. Cancer had taken over her body, and she passed away, during one of Forager's soloist competitions. It was the finals. He had won first place! He couldn't wait to tell his mother, but once he arrived it was far too late. He fell to his knees in tears, but thanked her for teaching him this pain as a child.

            An additional story.

            It seemed as though my lessons had begun to pay off. He and his piano partner had begun to master Love' Sorrow, and his violin skills paid off.
