I personally would accept. Your side only covers the bun if i am not mistaken as it is worth 6-7 mixed 09 rares and a 09 uncommon. So it is overpay on their end. And also trading on the list seems to be difficult these days...

The 2015 rares are not enough to fill the gap between 2012 rare and 2010 very rare. Unfair to the dog.

The BF-Dog is a rerelease from '09.. ._.
And someone told me that the trade is fair like this or even unfair to the top. I would like to get another opinion. : )

So their side has two September lists that add up to a blue rose tier. The regular rares add up to a highest advent or so. Which means their side is worth about a dark leopard or a tad less
So unfair to you by about a rose pps plus some
