Cinder pads through clan territory slowly, almost lazily, yawning. She felt calm for once, and felt as if nothing could get her down. Letting out a yawn, she stops by a tree and leaps up, hauling herself up onto a branch. She lays down and stares at the floor, wondering if any cats would notice her.

The dappled she-cat laid on a soft patch of grass, she rested for a few more moments before rising again. Frecklewish flattended her uneven fur with a soft flick of her paw. She looked around, the molly noticed jaystar carefully eating a blue jay. Frecklepaw approached her innocently and sat down next to her leader."Greetings Jaystar, how are you today?"The she-cat said softly while grabbing a vole and taking a small bite.

The silver-gray warrior sat by his lonesome at the end of camp. Having already eaten, he was patiently awaiting the morning hunting patrol, his favorite time of the day. His ear flicked as he heard the sounds of other cat's now waking up.

Softbelly had just finished his mouse when he heard the sound of light pawsteps near him. He immediately stood alert and tasted the air, expecting the scent of a clan cat, but instead found it was a loner. He let the fur on his back lay down flat and relaxed his tensed muscles, but was still ready for a fight. The skinny tom then saw the calico walking along the forest floor.

Ravenwing groggily woke up, stretching as he stood. He glanced around the den. Most of the warriors were already awake. Ravenwing looked at his sleeping clanmates for a moment before heading into the sun. He blinked his eyes, readjusting to the bright light. He then padded over to the fresh-kill pile, and picked out a mouse. He glanced ahead to see his apprentice, Flamepaw. Ravenwing looked at her for a moment. "Get ready for training, Flamepaw. We'll be learning some new battle skills after we eat." Ravenwing told his apprentice before taking a bite out of his mouse.

[x]—Starlingpaw was currently doing nothing of interest; he was simply sitting towards entrance of the apprentice's den, tail wrapped around his paws as he groomed down his fur. He had been soundly asleep until a few moments; shafts of sunlight had shone down onto his face from the roof of the apprentice's den in such a way that had been enough to cause him discomfort, and awaken him from his rather peaceful slumber. And now, the black-furred tom was here, making sure that his slick pelt looked presentable and wasn't sticking out in clumps everywhere. As he groomed himself, his blue gaze flicked from the floor to the general area in front of him, then to around the camp; he was curious to see what everyone else was doing, and by the looks of it it seemed that most cats were already up.
