Yes, through the event token trade-ins will be added, where you can trade a few tokens for a pet/item.

Yes, over the event more trade-ins will become available. For now, you can trade in items here;; x x

Yes to both! You can get items and pets with the banner tokens. New trade ins and free pets/items are released every day so there's always going to be something new. Token trades stay for the entire event while the free ones may disappear after a couple days.
