Mae sighed. "I'm not even sure you can manage Quidditch this year, Tomas! You just have so much on your plate." She stared up at the faux sky on the ceiling. "But I'd love to host a tryout sometime. I'll talk to Sprout. We can book the field." She cracked her knuckles, grinning, thinking of the dramatic action of last year. When she had coerced that one Gryffindor into crashing into the ground, when she made five goals in one game! She tried not to think about when she broke her wrist and fractured her skull after getting hit with a bludger. That had hurt.

Ravenclaw~Female~Bisexual~Great Hall

The doors to the Great Hall would open, and in would walk Rose, Star Flight following suit and landing on her shoulder neatly. She took a seat randomly at the RavenClaw table, grabbing her loosely wavy hair and tying it in a bun that leaked strands of hair at her ears and a few other places around her head. She sighed softly, choosing her food and eating quietly, unsure of who to say hello to, or if anyone even still remembered her.

Dumbledore gave a clear of his throat. The great hall was pouring with students who were all coming and going. Taking notice of the triwizard contestants. He stood up from his seat, walking to the front, his arms spread like usual when he was preparing for a speech. "Good morning everyone. You have all been eager to hear the names of who you will be paired with for this tournament." He paused, scanning everyone who were all looking up to him. "Now, the first pair are Ariadne, and Ray. Next, Eira and Darren. Followed by Aaron and Tomas. And lastly, Julietta and Harry. These are the teams, you will be spending time with them. You may all be excused, to attend class."

(Sorry it's not fancy I'm on my phone. When I come home from work I'll add a few of my other characters and touch it up!)

Tomas rolled his eyes and said, "Everyone else will be doing Quidditch and the Tournament! Why can't i do the same!" He then said, "I know i will have Owls this year, but i would like to do both even though i will be exhausted." Tomas didn't believe he would actually win the Tournament so, he didn't think he would have to worry about it after the first or second match. He then looked up at Dumbledore when he announced the partners. Tomas sighed in relief, "I believe i can tolerate that bloke." He then looked over at the Gryffindor table, gave a slight smile and nod to Aaron. Tomas then put a hand on Mae's shoulder, "I will be fine you don't have to worry about me." He then sighed, "If it makes you feel better i could put in a word to make you the team Captain and i could help if you need it."

Darren froze when it was announced he would have to work with a Hufflepuff. He groaned in annoyance and said, "Why her!" He then crossed his arms and glanced at Julletta, "It could be worse though." He then smirked when he called out Potter's partner. "This will be fun," he whispered to Julietta.

Ron's eyes widened in horror when Dumbledore called out Harry's partner. "H..harry, this must be a mistake i mean she's a Slythren!" Ron then narrowed his eyes towards Julietta, "She's up to something i just know it!" He then looked at Hermonie, "Come on, you read all those books don't you? There has to be a way to change partners." He then glanced down at his pocket watch, "Oh man, we need to get to class soon."

Harry sat, shocked to hear who his partner was. Just his luck, he got the person he wanted the least. He stole a quick glance at Julietta. "You ought to be kidding me" Harry finally said, "How am I supposed to work with her?" He sighed. He then turned to Ron and shook his head. "I dont think there's any way we can change this... I just have to be careful around her" Harry was in deep thought as to how he should approach her about their pairing. Should he ignore her and face the dragon independently? Should he talk to her about finding a way to defeat the dragon?

Eira looked at Dumbledore as he began to walk up to the podium. The took a sip of her tea as he spoke and when he finally announced their partners she choked and spit out her tea. "If my luck is anything like this, I'll be dead before the first round even ends" she stated, looking at Darren. She knew how much Slytherins hated other houses, so she was slightly terrified for her life. On the other hand, Slytherins do get things done whether its fair or not, "I suppose it might not be all that bad..." She said hesitantly.

Before Ariadne could reply to anyone at the Ravenclaw table, Dumbledore interrupted her. She turned her attention to the older man and sat quietly as he announced each team. Ariadne was hopping that she would be paired with her close friend, Julietta, but instead she was stuck with Ray. She never really knew him too well. All she knew was that he hung out with Logan quite a bit and was picking on Julietta earlier. Maybe they could form some kind of alliance, who knew?

Hermione gave a roll of her eyes to Ron's comment. "Highly unlikely, Ronald. But I'm going to class, don't want to be late for runes class. So if you'll excuse me." she stated, getting up to her feet and leaving out of the great hall. She made her way to runes class located on the sixth floor. The large doors were closed shut, and with a creak, Hermione poked her head in in. Seeing Professor Black sitting at her desk. "Morning Professor." she said, sliding into the classroom. She had taken a seat near the front, a long desk which could fit three people to a seat. Which of course she was saving for Ron and Harry.

Julietta covered her face with her hands, "Harry Potter?! Oh you have got to be bloody kidding me." She hissed in a hushed tone. She was furious. She shot a sharp glare to the Gryffindor table, disappointed with the outcome. Why couldn't she have been paired with Ariadne. The two of them could accomplish anything together. Jewel stood to her feet, angry with the whole idea of working with the "famous" Harry Potter. The boy was nothing but trouble. Swiftly, she spun around to the door, walking as fast as she could out into the corridors. That sure was going to be something to tell Draco, where ever he was.

Evelynn placed her hand on Eira's shoulder. She could only imagine how she was feeling about the whole pairing. "You could pull it off, but I do worry about the idea. Untrustworthy Slytherin's, whose bright idea was it. It's as if Dumbledore is playing some twisted game." she said quietly, looking over her shoulder to where Dumbledore had been standing. The headmaster was no longer there though. He must have gone back to his office. "You'll do great, even with a partner such as Darren. I know it. But we really should head to Runes class. I'm sure Hermione is already there." Evelynn added.

Ray was about to continue talking with his table, but his sentence died in his throat with Dumbledore moving to stand at the front of the room. As he mentioned the Triwizard Tournament, he froze- it was still hard to believe that he was a part of it. The pairings were announced, and the breath that he was holding came out as a sigh. It was one of relief- the fantastic Ariadne was a Ravenclaw, and they could work together to win. Hearing Harry's partner, he turned towards the boy with sympathy. Ray was quite thankful that his partner was not that Slytherin. As soon as he was able, he stood and rushed over to where the Ravenclaw was sitting.

"Ariadne, right? I am excited to complete the first challenge with you." His smile was genuine.

Draco was standing at the back of the Hall, watching the proceedings with a mask of indifference. Inside, however, was a turmoil of emotions. He was a tight ball of fear and uncomfort. As his fellow students began to leave for classes, he spotted Julietta in the crowd. She quickly rushed out into the corridors, and Draco jogged to catch up with her. "Julietta. Julietta, wait." He gently placed his firm hand onto her shoulder to stop the rush into the hallways.

Fred and George somehow managed to skid into the Great Hall, find a seat at the Gryffindor table, eat and listen to Dumbledore in a matter of 3 minutes. When they heard Harry's partner they grinned at eachother. "Wow Harry. You know how to pick 'em." Fred commented, taking a bite out of the blueberry muffin he held in his right hand.
"Yeah. I expected maybe Hermoine or Ginny. But a Slytherin?" George added. "Woah."

Darren laughed while Juliette complained about Potter. Although, he really didn't see any problems with him becuase she had a better chance than the lot of them to harm him.
He then stood to grab his ancient runes belongings. Darren disliked ancient runes so he needed to at least bring his things so he could copy his neighbors homework.
He glanced at the Hufflepuff table of the way out of the great hall. Even though he hated to do it he needed to talk to EIra later.

Ron slapped his peice of toast non to gracefully on the plate. "This sucks troll boogies." He then looked to Harry in realization "This blows! I believe we have ancient runes with some of the slythrens today!" Ron grumbled and stood up, "But with Hermone always talking to the teacher they are bound to not mess with us in class...right?"
