Kia chuckled softly, "I guess that would make sense!!"

Zoisite brought his chinchilla into the living room and sat down on the other couch, resting her on his lap.

Aleyia sighed. "So.. How are you?" She chimed cooly as she turned back to the ingredients. "Its early.. I didn't think anyone would be awake at this time. I woke up when Ron started groaning again. I got him some pain reliever and water and got him back to sleep, as well as have Geoff fresh water and refilled his water bowl. I also got your father a pillow and blanket. He's asleep on the couch." She smiled. "Mercer cleared the driveway and opened the garage to let that rental truck in, too."

Serverus opened one golden eye, studying Zoisite lazily for a few minutes before yawning and standing.

"Eh, I'm alright, I guess." Kia chuckled. "How about you? Wait, Ron's in pain? What happened last night? Any idea? That's really nice of you Aleyia. You didn't have to do that."

Zoisite grinned, whispering softly, "Hi Serverus. Hi Sirius."

"Dell, Copy, and Ron went out to a brawl last night. Ron got himself a few broken ribs and some nasty bruises. He's lucky that's all he got." Aleyia shook her head. "I am good. Energised and happy. I thought the truck would like to be warm, and Geoff would appreciate food and water. Your father didn't go to sleep till shortly before Ron woke up again." She glanced back. "He's in an awful mood, I can tell you that much." She jumped when Mercer stormed in.

"Another one!" Mercer bellowed. "Another dullahan! And.. And.."

Serverus jumped down and stalked over to Zoisite, bouncing up and sitting beside him. He let out a soft meow of greeting, yawning again.

"Seriously? They did? What the heck, are they that stupid? I'm not surprised Dad's in a bad mood!" Kia spoke, shocked that they'd even think to do that. "I'm glad you're doing well!" They grinned. They looked to Mercer and shook their head, "Calm down, bud. Relax. Slow down. Then explain."

Zoisite grinned, holding out a hand for the several.

"There's another dullahan there that tried to swallow me in his shadows!" Mercer pointed toward the door. Tendrils of shadows were leaking in around the door. "An angry dullahan!"

Aleyia set down the bowl she held. "Let me go take care of this." Shadows coiled up her legs and quickly formed a body tight black suit on her. She glanced over at Mercer, who took his headless horse form.

Serverus yawned and nuzzled his hand, letting out a soft meow.

"Be careful." Kia warned. "I'll watch from afar just to make sure. But if you neede, don't hesitate to call my attention."

Zoisite chuckled softly, gently petting Serverus. "Morning..."

Aleyia nodded and strode outside. "And who is it that tried to kill my companion!?" She yelled.

Serverus meowed again and purred, nuzzling Zoisite's hand at each chance he got.

Kia sat down in the dining room, making sure they could see Aleyia.

Zoisite giggled softly, "You're being really sweet this morning huh?"

The shadows withdrew with a distant chorus of bellows, coiling into the neck of a tall and pale skinned man on the sidewalk. The man was dressed in a jet black tuxedo with a soft purple tie. His head was tucked under his arm. His hair was a soft caramel color.

"Well?!" Aleyia hissed. Mercer nudged her, snorting softly.

Serverus tilted his head with a meow, his ears flickering.
