When I get a minimum of 8 signature entries. I hope people do them within this week.
Otherwise, its already started. Round 1 will start when group 1 is filled. Group 2 will be filled while the three or so day voting contest for group 1 is happening which gives people who have missed out the chance to join in on making signatures. There is an endless amount of groups, but essentially I will close the applications by the 20th - 23rd depending on my IRL status.

The only problem with this is if people don't make signatures, they are automatically dropped out of the competition.

Round 2 will be the cut off date if people don't make signatures. I predict this to be sometime about the 20th.

And we have our first entry! To everyone else after this, you have until the 21st (CS time, so 20th in the US) to get your first entry in. (Precisely one week.) You will be randomly allocated to either group 1 or group 2 -> etc depending on how many applications I get.

Each participant gets prizes for participating. Winner will get the participation award as well.

(@insomniac - I can't do a prize pool as such since I am not sure if it is against CS rules. It feels like something that is.)

Please note the front rules ave been changed a little. You can't ask for comments on this thread, but you can give comments to others if you wish to once applications come in.
