Nursery Rules--
artists may do their own breedings as long as another staff member does their rolls
when taking breedings in the nursery, artists cannot reject a breeding on basis of sexual orientation
this includes stating beforehand that you'll only take breedings of a certain orientation
any orientation okay, up to 3 parents at once
every boo-baby has 3 breeding slots
the first two slots must be used for a committed relationship. the last slot can also be used in a committed relationship if desired.
a boo-baby that has already had a mate can breed one more time, as long as they didn't use all three of their slots.
casual slots have no initial wait time- they can be used right away, as long as the boo is an adult.
the committed slots can only be used after the boos in question have been mated for a full month.
mutations are possible- in order to have your artist roll for mutations, include an art piece or some writing about your boos!
casual breedings don't have mutations.
there is a cooldown of a month between breedings. ie. a boo can only breed once a month, regardless of slot type.
there will be opportunities to earn more slots of either type.
committed slots will always be used first, if it's applicable to the relationship.
casual slots will be used only if it's a casual breeding, or if it's the last slot for a committed relationship.
casual slots can be used even if your boo's in a relationship, just... maybe talk it over with your partner first so there's no misunderstandings. like, for real.

1/4 chance of twins per breeding
CxC = 100% C | CxU = 65% C / 35% U | CxR = 80%C / 20% R | CxVR = 95% C / 5% VR
UxU = 100% U | UxR = 65% U / 35% R | UxVR = 80% U / 20% VR
RxR = 100% R | RxVR = 65% R / 35% VR
VRxVR = 100% VR
mutation rolls:
1/10 chance for mutation to trigger
60 or lower - common edit
61-90 - uncommon edit
91-99 - rare edit
100 - very rare edit
mutations/baby rarity are rolled for individually for each baby
rarity is rolled for before mutations
one mutation per baby (ie. a baby couldn't get both a pupil mutation and a fur mutation)
