There are 75-ish rares and very rares on my side for their main list rat. Considering demand... Is this fair?

Well, if it's 75-ish rares, (I've also seen some store pets). It's really unfair to the rat rarity wise I should say.
Speckled rats are worth approx. 109-126 2009 rares. Even with the rat's terrible demand, it's still unfair to the rat.
