indentSandclaw awoke in the warrior's den. He had been tossing and turning all night long, thinking about his quarrel with Hollytail. Quite frankly, that occurred frequently but it was nothing like last time. He blinked open his blue eyes against the shafts of sunlight seeping into the den. He stood to his paws and squeezed past the other warriors to step outside of the den and into the camp clearing, where he spotted Hollytail. He made his way over to her, about to apologize.

Cedarpaw nodded with approval as the grey and white apprentice agreed to see one of the medicine cats. He was relieved that she was finally going to agree with him on something after they'd spent such a long time arguing with each other. ''There's no sense in eating the clan's prey if you're too sick to enjoy it,'' the striped tom mewed indifferently. ''Why don't you just go now? You can always eat later,'' he urged as his tail swayed from side to side. A shiver clawed its way up his spine as he remembered the time that Flarepaw and some other cats in the clan had been very sick. He had lost many clanmates during that short amount of time. ''It's best if you see them right away. For Starclan's sake, I'll bring them here if you refuse to go.''

She shrugged, a quiet sigh escaping her throat. "Alright, keep your fur on I'm going." She huffed, getting up and giving her shoulder fur a few quick licks. She then bent down to pick up her mouse. She didn't wnat to leave it there for someone to trip on or anything, so she took it with her. She walked towards the medicine cat den, flicking him under the chin with her tail in a light hearted manner, trying to assure him not to worry.

indentSandclaw saw Hollytail watching her kits and his eyes softened as she turned to look at him. "I'm sorry," he came right out and said it, wondering what her reaction would be. Would she forgive him? Would she grow mad at him? Would she ignore him? The possibilities were endless and Sandclaw was feeling a little queasy. He was sincere, however, and honestly meant every word he said. "I should never have said those words before, and I take them all back. I hope we can be friends, at least, or at least... not enemies." he finished.

Hollytail narrowed her eyes. "I'm sorry too." She meowed. "Our kits should not of seen us fighting. After you were out of earshot. Thornpaw asked when we were going to be mates again." She sighed. "We don't like Rowanflame the same way we liked you."

indentSandclaw's eyes lit up at her statement. "Oh, we? You miss me?" he asked, surprised. He didn't suspect that she missed him by the way she treated him, and by the way she treated Rowanflame. "I miss you too." he whispered softly. He really did, but he knew that Rowanflame was her mate now. She wouldn't break up with him to be his mate, would she? Probably not... But Sandclaw didn't want to come to a conclusion quite yet, there was a bit of hope.
