☢ "We are, The Walking Dead." - The Walking Dead Fanclub

I have been rather lucky to be home schooled which gives me the opportunity to go to a lot of these things. Plus there's about 4 in the area, five if you count a Walker Stalker con and six if you count Supernatural Con.

I think one of the best stories I have from comic con dates back two years ago. It was around the time I was first getting into TWD, it was around early November and there was a convention down in Tulsa that I was dying to go to becsuse not only did it have Shane, Merle, and Hershel (Hershel and Merle I already had gotten an autograph from from a previous con) there. But Norman Reedus was there too.
My parents ended up surprising me with a vip Norman Pass, which basically ensured a line jump for the Norman line, a photo op, and a free Daryl Dixon print that is on my wall still to this day, along with a matching Merle and Carol prints by the same artist.
We we're only going to be in Tulsa for the scheduled two days and three nights as we we're driving there and had to get home to take care of my cats. So, we went early Friday morning to get the layout of the convention, not expecting to meet Norman that day of anyone. The day started off pretty bad, with a LONG line and my parents having to wait in said line while I went in and waited for them. The while day itself was more so figuring out the layout and getting prints and such, but around the time we were just about to go back to our hotel, convinced we'd meet Jon and Daryl on Saturday, my dad had decided to take a look at Norman's line., which only had two people in it and with my line jump I was able to get in since the line was cut off.
I will never forget having to spell my name out to Norman, as it is spelled pretty oddly and him making me less insecure about it by saying It's pretty, and I will also not forget Scott Wilson coming to the table to say hi to Norman and getting into a conversation with my parents and I. He is such a sweetie all I have to say <3
The next day on Saturday was when I met Jon. He was a sweetie too, accepting photos with him at his booth free of charge, but later on in the day was when I got my Dixon Brothers photo op. Norman on my right, Michael on my left and before leaving getting a hug from Michael and him falling me sweetheart <3
Now there is an amusing side to this LONG story that involves an artist instead of TWD, but I will say it of you all want to hear it as I laugh at it every time it is brought up in my house haha

Everyone is there for a reason, which makes them as important. Like, look at Morgan! Who knew he'd come back, seasons ago he was just 'there'. Some character development, especially with his wife, then he was gone.. But now he's back!! Lol.

I'll be heading to Comicon in a few weeks, so I'm putting together all my cosplays. I'll be there for four days and I can't decide which ones I want to birng >-<
I have a Carl cosplay, Arya from Game of Thrones, and two anime characters but since we're going to waiting in line for the third day and some of the fourth I don't think I want to wear a high maintenance outfit for any of those.
