previous experience with being a moderator?: yeah, for a few sima events but never full time or anything
how would you handle a troll or a rude user? politely ask them to stop doing whatever they're doing. if they refuse give them a warning (which generally works) but if they continue to prod the rules I'd let you know and probably give them a strike.
about how many times would you warn someone until you gave them a strike? probably two or if it's a really small thing maybe three
why do you want to become an moderator here at axiys?: Well I figure that since it's a starting out species, I can gradually address things. It would definitely relive you of a lot of stress. Though I haven't had much experience in moding full time, I have helped a lot of people out for various species and it's something I enjoy doing. I'd love to be involved while the species grows. When joining in a species what you really want is for it to be successful and I would love to help out with making the species successful. I'm on CS pretty much everyday- even if it's just for a little while. I'd be able to make time to reply to everyone who has asked questions, or hand out warnings if needed. I just think it would be a great opportunity to be a part of the staff here.

what are some of your strengths/weak points as an moderator?
strengths ;; online everyday, love to inform people of new things, like to get involved, willing to help with any events while short on staff
weaknesses ;; hate yelling at people (let resort), during school I'm only on during after (EST), I start a college program this year and school will be tight, so it might take some time for replies to get up, but nothing too bad

previous experience with being a moderator?: yes, I am a moderator for the species, Dino Ferrets as well as used to mod on a site called Horse Eden, which I did for a very long time before I resigned
how would you handle a troll or a rude user? I would politely warn them about their behavior. If it doesnt stop, i would take it uo a notch or even to the point there would be a strike (depending on the situation)

why do you want to become an moderator here at axiys?: Because i love adopts. I really do. I saw this species and instantly wanted to become part of it.
have you read all of the rules?: yes! And I will read them until I memorize them
what are some of your strengths/weak points as an moderator? I feel as if I am very patient with people, but I do tend to have those days where I can become snarky. I am also on everyday exept for when school comes back in.

what are some of your strengths/weak points as an artist? I'd say, in designing, im pretty good with stripes/spotty patterns, but ornate, or not really... natural patterns i struggle with. Unnatural colors, are, however, pretty good in my book!
