Shyla Awoke from her sleep considering it was morning, Shyla always awakes when the sun comes up. Shyla slowly got up looking around her territory making sure there was no other scent lingering it she walked the perimeter checking everything. after shyla walked her territory she headed off to the river to get a drink.

Shyla walks to the river looking around to make sure no other animals are following her, she walks over the the river an laps up some water then she walks to a tree an lies down beneath it, awaiting to spot a rabbit.

Shyla Spots a plump chubby rabbit eating grass near by, she lays her head between her paws an stays there silently waiting for the rabbit to get closer, she closes her eyes pretending she is asleep so that the rabbit comes closer... after five minutes she opens them an see's the rabbit is quite a few paws ahead of her but it is not facing her so she slowly gets up an creeps towards it very slowly an carefully.... shyla leaps an grabs the rabbit by its neck *Squeel.. snap* Shyla snaps the rabbits neck so she does not have to eat it alive. Shyla goes to the river an dips the rabbit in the water while holding it by her teeth, then she goes back to the tree she was laying under an lays down an begins to pull the fur out of the rabbit with her teeth so that she can puncture into it easily without the fur getting in the way.

He rose from his slumber, stretching. He yawned and his stomach rumbled. He made sure no other wolves were in his territory, and began to look for food. He spotted a large, but weak fox. Easy prey.. Storm thought. He slowly stalked the fox, before pouncing onto it. He ripped into his prey.

Shyla heard a yelp near by while eating the rabbit her ears perked an she looked around she knew it was a fox yelp so she assumed that it was a bear hunting a fox. so shyla got up quickly with the half eaten rabbit in her mouth an walked across the river to the other side an lied down hoping that it really wasn't a bear.

Weiss continued her patrol until she spotted two deer - a stag and a doe - in the middle of a clearing filled with tiny purple flowers. Knowing full well that she would never be able to take down a full grown deer on her own, she lay down, just watching. The deer grazed, occasionally taking turns to look up and look around, never spotting the white wolf watching them. At one point, the stag nuzzled the deer lovingly, and a pang burned its way through her heart. She missed her mate, and there was something in her heart that seemed to be missing. She stood up, spooking the deer. She threw back her head and howled, sorrow filling the long, sad sound.
