hehe it does what it says on the box. It allows for an extra breeding for one Sima and was distributed from my door during Halloween 2k15 :3

@Rae, it'd only apply to one sima so you would have to get another one in order for it to work for two simas. i need to find two myself, i have a maxed out pair i'd love to breed again vuv
