After getting the information she was after she returns to Earth, content to have at least a bit of her power back and also to have learned about all the fun things she'd missed over the years. Her vessel is becoming increasingly comfortable with her which actually surprises Nex, they land in the middle of the US though she doesn't really check to see where. Somewhere in the Midwest. With Amara on the loose it seems practical to her to load up on damned souls for demon conversion so she finds the nearest prison and begins going on a killing spree of the inmates, mostly targeting the already damned ones though occasionally taking out others just for the fun of it. It doesn't take long for the guards to alert the police of a little girl with white eyes killing off prisoners and for the police to leak to the media that it's happening.

Finally she pushes herself into a sitting position, eying the other girl with a bit of worry. "You look like crud." She states. "You need to lay down and take it easy. I'll check your car for his bag and if it's not there I'll drive off to wherever you kidnapped him from and grab it." Normally she wouldn't volunteer for this kind of stuff but with the two of them in the condition they were in she hardly felt it was right to let the other girl do it. "Don't pull that macho hunter I don't need help garbage either." She adds, running her fingers through her hair with a sigh.

Liliana was about to open her mouth to retort as she moved from where she'd been kneeling when she treated the boy's wound. She rose to her feet, though was suddenly overcome by a wave of pain-induced dizziness. She leaned heavily against a bedpost before finally giving in and collapsing in the armchair the demon from earlier had been occupying. "Fine," she reluctantly conceded, sounding a lot stronger than she felt. She didn't even bother denying the fact that she was injured, though she disapproved of showing a weakness to anyone. "Go ahead. Let me know if you need the keys, but I swear - if you do anything to my car, I will hunt you down and end you." The words sounded much less intimidating than she'd hoped; the mixture of pain and weariness she'd been attempting to mask since she'd sustained her injury that morning was finally making its way into her tone.

There are two of them? Val thought, shifting her weight to her other foot uncomfortably. This is just getting more dangerous by the second. "Maybe that lesser demon captured her?" she suggested. "Though I doubt it; you guys could probably smite it in a snap and measly black-eyes don't usually know any Enochian runes." Grimm stiffened at her side and began to growl, head turned in the opposite direction of Avala. "Either that's your friend, or the messmaker who's been causing all of this trouble," Val said darkly, gesturing in the direction that the hellhound was snarling in.

vertigo nodded to himself as the ginger said she'd find it, which was good, but when the unnamed hunter almost passed out, he walked over to her. "what's injured?" he asked bluntly, his gruff tone of voice basically demanding her to spill. he was used to this act; tell me what's wrong or i'm not talking to you. well, that talking to you thing was when vertigo was 10, to vetta. he mentally shook that memory out of his head. he crossed his arms, not caring he was several years younger than the woman. he was usually degraded for being too young to be a hunter, but he didn't feel young. every year felt like three.

She rolls her eyes at the other girl's threat. "I'll keep your precious safe, sweetheart." She remarks, smirking at the other hunter. "Since you were carrying Boy Wonder of there I'm certain you didn't lock it." After that she turns and heads out of the motel room, heading over to the other girl's car while thinking. It was probably a good thing she'd been drug into something hunt based, if she hadn't she'd have probably done something stupid on account of the fact that the world was ending. She opens up the other girl's car and digs through it, looking for the bag.

"It's nothing, really," Liliana attempted to lie, once again making a large effort to hide her pain. Upon hearing the other hunter's tone, she heaved a frustrated sigh - evicting a barely concealed wince - and ran her fingers through her blonde hair. "Just a few busted ribs from getting thrown around by some 'wolves this morning," she muttered reluctantly, playing down the injury. In truth, she'd fractured ribs three through seven on her left side. She could tell that at least one of them was broken in more than one place; the bone moved when touched. It had happened when one of the werewolves had attempted to get to her heart. Of course, with the help of her throwing knives and sliver bullets, she was able to make it out alive. That is, until she'd stumbled across a couple of black-eyed demons and, after a struggle resulting in further injury, managed to exorcise them.

Also, I broke three ribs in December and how you've got her acting about her fractured ribs is exactly how I acted when I broke mine. [except when I was dosed up on Oxycodone XD])

vertigo sighed deeply. "a couple of hunters can't fix that. you have to go to a hospital." he advised, sitting on the edge of the bed. "i couldn't go to one. i'm wanted by the police for murdering some people. werewolves."

XD good to hear I'm doing an accurate job portraying fractured ribs. I've never actually broken any myself; though I have done research and broken lost of other bones - mostly phalanges and metatarsals. I'm also trying to think about pain tolerance, and since mine is freakishly high - I wouldn't have noticed the fact that I'd broken any bones if they hadn't been positioned at odd angles or moved in weird directions when I touched them - it's kind of a challenge to write for a character with an average pain tolerance XD}

"Yes, because hospitals can do so much about broken ribs," Liliana muttered sarcastically, recalling old memories from high school. "Look, kid. I don't know how much you know about specific injuries, but ribs are different. They typically heal on their own within six weeks; ice, rest, and prescription painkillers are the things usually 'prescribed' at the hospital. I can get by fine without putting narcotics into my system, thanks very much, and I've got everything else I need for recovery." Except ice, but that can wait. Besides, the motel's icebox will most likely be restocked in the morning. Though she hadn't taken any painkillers that night, she was in possession of a large bottle of Advil. She reckoned that the over-the-counter medication would work fine for pain relief without the dangerous side effects that a hospital prescription could give her, seeing as even something as simple as being drowsy could possibly get her killed - or worse - in the world of a hunter.
