She pounced on Panther's back, knocking him to the ground. "Hi, Panther! Hi Sunteller! What's going on?"

Lily sighs at the memory of Horizon's mate taken by the talons of an eagle, closing her eyes. "That was a horrible thing to happen that day." she said sadly. "I know how much she loved him, but had to be taken away by an eagle. Ive even heard that Bee blames Moss for their father's death, which makes it even more hard on her."

Moss pads over to her sister, her eyes soft. "Bee?" she mews quietly, laying down near the siamese. "I'm here for you, you know." Resting her head on her paws, Moss watches her sister's flanks rise and fall in a steady motion of breathing.

"Would you like to go on the hunting patrol that's heading out now? I don't think Hiss will be able to handle them on his own." Sunteller mewed to Flame.


Bear shrugged slightly, curling his tail around his paws. "Shadows was protecting Moss from the eagle, that's probably why Bee blames her. I understand why she blames her but it still isn't a good reason."


Bee's ears pricked up slightly when she heard Moss's voice. She shifted over slowly to look at Moss. "I know." She whispered, still shaking a little.

CLOUDCHASER
Cloudchaser groaned as she hopped onto a boulder. "How much farther Firefur? We've been walking for so long!" The she-cat said in her high-pitched voice. Cloudchaser poked her head through some strands of long grass and let out a gasp. "Oh my Starclan! Look at this rock Firefur! Isn't it pretty Firefur? I love it Firefur!" The white and light grey she-cat said quickly, pulling out a bright blue rock and showing the other cat.

Horizon and Hiss bounded from rock to rock on the way to the valley at the bottom of the mountain. Horizon paused, sniffing the air, her eyes narrowing. "I smell something." She mewed to Hiss. Hiss turned to look at her then parted his jaws to scent the air.

"I do too, they don't smell like any of us." Hiss mewed and broke out into a run in the direction of the cats he scented. Horizon hurried after him, her tail streaming behind her.

Hiss and Horizon jumped up onto a boulder, looking quickly around for the source of the smell. A growl rumbled in Hiss's chest when he saw a white and light grey she-cat along with a ginger cat.

"Who are you?!" Horizon called out to them. "Why are you on our territory?"

The ginger she cat looked to the strangers on their territory. "They smell quite odd. They're not from here."

Horizon bristled, hissing at the ginger she-cat. "We're not from here?! This is our territory!" The pale grey, white and ginger Hunter started to move forward but Hiss stopped her, watching the two she-cats.

"This is tribe territory, what are you doing here?"
