taylor swift is not good, in fact bordering on terrible! her voice is grating, songwriting weak, and her songs are like the fast food of the music industry. cheap and overhyped by the masses .-.

the problem with "mainstream music" is less that people like it (which is fine), it's that a lot of people don't even KNOW anything else

books for adults shouldn't be so much shying away from having illustrations, interesting typography etc in them.

I don't know how people prefer banana flavoured things over actual bananas. Banana flavoring is one of the worst artificial flavors out there.

ebooks are awful! it's so much nicer feeling the weight of a physical book in your hands. nothing beats the smell of old pages and a nice cup of tea.
