Clan Tradition:
When an apprentice is ready to become a warrior, they shall go on a week long quest into the Two-Leg territory on the western boarder, where they will look for a monkey by the name of Fitzgerald, and he will make their new clan collar for them. If they succeed then they shall be welcomed back to the clan as a full warrior, if they do not then they will have to train for an additional moon before they are able to try again. If they fail a second time, they are banished from the clan for weakness and a disrespect for clan tradition and law.

As Barkstar proudly greets the new medic, she snorts, rolling her eyes. “Yes, yes, I know I’m quite amazing. Now where can I get some time to myself?” Pointing her in the right direction, he smirks to himself. She isn’t much older than he, but already has the attitude of an elder despite her age and pretty face. Not long after he believes she’s settled, does she come out again, swishing her fluffy tail. “It’s as bare as a toad’s stomach in there!” She exclaims. “I must go gather some herbs- bedding too!”

Not long after she’s made her sassy exit of the camp, Littlefoot comes bouncing in energetically. “I found us some new cats!” She says proudly, flicking her tail at two toms who label themselves as ‘Blackeye’ and ‘Wasppaw’. Barkstar nods, assigning Blackeye as Wasppaw’s mentor, guessing they’ll work well together if they already know each other. He shows them around before they head out to the training quarters. Sighing, Barkstar head to his own den and only looks up when movement catches his gaze. Looking over, he sees Forestfoot, the deputy lounging and stretching in the shadows at the edge of the camp. “Some new clanmantes, huh?” He asks jokingly.

⤜ After much deliberation, the high ranks (with advice from the Nokori) decide to risk a fight to drive the badgers out. Cloud of Stars creates a battle party of himself, Eagle of Peppercorn, Marble of Mountains, Flicker of Flameweed, and Almond of Clay to track down and contest the badgers.
At camp, Twilight of Caves, Meadow of Arrowheads, Amethyst of Waterlilies, and Lavender of Morningtimes remain on guard around the Komochi and Nokori Towers. Little Silka and Little Arrow are told to stay in camp at all times. Little Silka sneaks out to help the battle party.
