Some terrible item ideas:

- You need to dress hairless animals with items or they die of hypothermia, you cannot overdress thickly-haired animals or they will die of the heat

- Place dangerous items near your pet and there is risk of them getting injured/using it to hurt a pet it is placed next to in a group

- Pets might get depressed/jealous if you don't dress it but is placed in a group with pets that are dressed and have items

- You can k-word a pet and use its corpse as an "item" for another pet
