What would be your dream Summer Event theme??

I would really like another ocean event but we have some already!

I think it would be cool to see a mimicry event (like dogs dressed up as tanukis) or batesian mimicry.

Another idea would be a plushie-based event with patchwork pets

i agree with the camping & steampunk ideas, that sounds like it would be a goldmine for pretty & cool pets/items ! !
& for my own thoughts maybe something about going to a very snowy area ? magical garden ? somewhere up in the sky ? arts & crafts ? a toy-themed event maybe ?

I'm really liking the "forest/cryptid" idea, since my favorite pets are plant themed or spooky ones.-snip-

oooo perhaps something supernatural or cryptid? So like legends like The Jersey Devil. But another idea could perhaps be a latin vibe? The pets having influences from countries like Cuba, PR, El Salvador, etc.

There are so many spooky critters around the world that are the objects of folklore/legends! Animals such as the Spot-Bellied Eagle Owl, Aye-Aye (lemur), Florida Panther, and Amazon Pink River Dolphin are all subjects of fables and in need of conservation

I think that an 'exploring the worlds cryptids' summer event would be incredibly fun and introduce people to new animals. Potentially leading to increased awareness of conservation campaigns and sparking a love for other countries' cultures!

I've seen a couple people already mention camping but similarly I think a Summer camp theme would be really cute. the different areas could be themed after different summer camp activities (i.e.. the arts and craft center, the amphitheater, The firepit, The swimming dock) And since every camp has a urban legend it'll still allow room for a cryptid storyline.

another few suggestions ive got are maybe like winter themed just to switch it up lol, or maybe even Xmas in July? another ive got is mythical? like not quite cryptids but stuff like pegasi/dragons/etc?
