I'm afraid I can't apply that item(Elbow Patch) to that werm.
Your achievement and elbow patch are redeemed for Doughie and can't be shared with other wermz. You'll have to get the achievement for Rusty by scavenging with them 5 times and then redeeming the reward again for Rusty!
(This is why each werm now has a scavenging history to keep track of their individual rewards)

(Also; As your proof, you may want to link the post from the scavenging thread where you were rewarded the item instead of your inventory. I don't believe one's inventory counts as adequate proof of ownership.)

Hopefully this clears up any confusion! I checked the front page and I do understand where the confusion stems from since it's not clarified in the achievement section. I'll inquire about adding clarification so there aren't more mix ups about the achievements and jackets in the future.

In any case, you should still be able to apply the original jacket(the one without the elbow patch) to Rusty if you'd like! Would you like me to do that for you now?

They both sprint to their location kicking up dust and debris as they go, running along side each other neither of them falling behind or going too far ahead. They seem to be having a blast, they start slowing down as they approach but still keeping pretty good pace. Both seem pretty excited as gloomy bounces around happily falling behind a little, they both hope to find something good this time

Oh..? In the distance there seems to be a werm..? They spot Maple and Gloomy sprinting from far off and decide run their way to peep in on what's going on! "What's all the excitement over here..?" The werm'z tone was curious and positive.

Anton nervously looked around, keeping low to the ground. He had never truly ventured out before, preferring the safe shelter in which the shade prevented him from overheating, but his curiosity was a nagging presence in the back of his mind. This would be his first time out in the world in... well, ever! He was through with being cooped up-- it's time to socialize! Well... maybe! If he was ready for that.

Not too close to the city with just enough to visit and see <3 There's also plenty of fun little puddles for them to play around in ! (They think it's safe but it's really now, how else do you think they got those funny little markings that look like oil slick?)

WOW NEW BABY WERM- aww I love them,, definitely gonna keep them !!
Maple looks at the newfound werm and really likes his curiosity and happy accepts him on his team with both gloomy and himself. Gloomy starts bouncing and squeaking excitedly as he almost launches himself on the new werm.
