the only things the artists decides freely is the rarity and gender ^^
and of course other markings when the % chance hits too low

If people like that i will let it be an option for the regular khims and artists too :3
you only need to use a part of the Kiruan form then, so that you will write down rarity, base coat and markings people are able to choose (you can see what base coat and markings can be used from the color chart)
when i allow it for the regular khims i can make a second form too if this is easier ^^ it will be in the color chart section then :3 so that you don't need to scroll around too much

it has many reasons why an artists hasn't the time to do a breeding. It's not like they accept a breeding with the intention to never to it.
sometimes it can take months till an artist does a breeding because of certain private reasons
especially when an artist is inactive for quite some time it can be that they have problems at home or at work/school right now and need to take care of it, so they can't spend any time online or doing some art.
If you don't want to wait any longer write them a message that you decline the breeding and then you can give the breeding to a different artist ^^
but it is important to inform the former artists, because it can happen that they will do the breeding later on and then you have 2 foals of the same breeding what isn't allowed in most cases because of the slot limit

Rescue is normally an adoptable and custom artist, not a breeding artist.
So you’d need permission from Neri to request Rescue make any breedings for you.
The genes would need to be rolled, by Neri or someone she asks you to speak with, and the results would be forwarded to Rescue so she could create the foal.

Speaking of, is anyone in need of a breeding or two?
I'd prefer more simple genes, but I'm happy to look at anything sent my way. c:
Fantasy is a no unless there is a very, very specific design that will come out of the breeding.
That being said, double fantasies are a definite no, as are chimerics and brindles.
Just working with what I'm most comfortable with here.
Demons and Unicorns are fine.
Please be aware that I cannot make any Frost-Horned or Night Gliders when sending. c; If they are sent, they'll either be declined if full-blooded or created on the proper lines if cross-bred.
