As an artist, do I need to ask Frosty before I accept customs requested from me? I feel like I'm annoying her/him/them, and I havn't seen any other artists talk about asking.

It really helps me if you do actually! Since I don't check the thread everyday, I wouldn't know if you got to one.

Yes! You can put items on any PP! Just buy the items, (or not if you already have them) and fill out the using items forum :> hope this helps!

When the code is dropped, you have a chance to win a PP. You may only use the code if your username is by it, and the name you chose is there too.
