Tell me about your designs:

Standards:

#1: my main influence was leopard geckos! i wanted to make him look super bright and happy (hense the secret sun marking). this was my first go at coloring in the base and i really love how it turned out.

#2: my influence for this was mainly gummy candy. i wanted to add my own little twist to it so theyre a lil galaxy gummy guy c:

#3: i wanted to try working with darker colors, since brighter tones are more my specialty. my main inspiration are those silly rugs you see at bowling alleys or rolling skating rinks.


Strange:

#4: i really love dragons/sea creatures! these are also my favorite colors to use while drawing so i wanted to see what i could come up with.

#5: ive taken a recent interest in squids/octopus, so this takes a massive influence from that! i really wanted to go for a nice multi gradient/shiny look.

#6: since all of the sqims are facing somewhat sideways i wanted to see what they would look like facing forward! definitely very silly

110 lions for VOK <- mostly in the nursery and an additional 51 myos

Tell me about your designs: I made the dark simple fella first to get used to the lines, just some colours I thought looked nice together. Then I went for some stranges based off animals I really like! Roosters and a lion themed fella. I thought the lion mane and tail could look nice with some galaxy patterning, but decided to go for less traditional colours. And for the last one I decided to do pink, its a little out of my usual comfort zone but I decided to make a sparkly donut or fairy icing like friend!

Tell me about your designs:
1: I just really wanted to use purple and pink for a fella, but it looked a bit empty, so i added yellow!! It kinda reminds me of some type of space pastry ^_^

2: This one is very loosely based of blue ribbon eels- I didn't make em as bright though! Also added white to balance it out, I really like them :3

3: sparkle dog eel critter ^_^ I will admit i did have trouble picking a base color and do think I could make them better but i'm happy with this one!!

4:strawberry and whipped cream sqim, with gummy hair!! Also turned their back fins(?) Into paws ^_^

Standard 1: A Galaxy worn by a Sqim who loved the stars.
Standard 2: Someone has been hanging out around neon signs too long...
Standard 3: Look out! It's a Tiger! Oh wait. It's just a Sqim. Nevermind.
Standard 4: What a lovely little Sqim covered in swirls!

Unusual 1: An evil lil silly guy! He stole another Sqim's balloon and is threatening to push that big red button. Also look at that mustache and hat. He's diabolically evil!
Unusual 2: Why do you look so sad? Where's your balloon little Sqim? A Sqim with a hat and a mustache took it? But that's just an animatronic little Sqim. It can't leave it's stage much less steal your balloon! Wait... Where did it get that button? Oh no...
Unusual 3: This Sqim seems awfully fishy... Why is it playing so Koi?
Unusual 4: This Sqim is EXTRA spicy! Try not to touch it or you may get burned!
Unusual 5: I was just gonna do 4 of these but as I grabbed another base to start on the Standards this lil snim showed up in my visuals and I HAD to make them real. I'm high key obsessed with this Line to be honest.

the first standard sqim is based off of a monarch butterfly caterpillar! the second was me messing around with textures!

the strange sqims are a millipede and a robot fella based off of the tekno robot dogs! wanted to work with multiple limbs/different materials!
