Prompt: I love love love making anything from Claire Saffitz's "Dessert Person". I usually make cookies as a gift to some family members and will always turn to that book for what to make. In particular, there is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe in there that I will do every year (and randomly throughout the year). They are somewhat time consuming but so worth it. I tried one time to skip the more time consuming aspects, like you're supposed to brown butter for it, and they came out mid. I learned that day you just have to follow the recipe and they will be so yummy.
