noelani: she bakes endlessly. oftentimes, noelani will bake too much and have a lot of a food leftover. it usually goes stale if no one eats them or buys them.

ròuzhì: she doesn't usually get stressed, but when she does she meditates and finds peace in her large garden at home. ròuzhì is always focused on enlightenment.

amoretta: she just reads or writes and dives into a totally different world of fantasy. amoretta doesn't deal well with realistic problems and has to create her own worlds.

saffron: he doesn't deal with stress well -- he'll take it out on himself by punching things or crying. saffron isn't usually violent, but he can get really angry with himself.

Incarse handles stress very well. He always keeps his cool and thinks about what will happen if he makes decisions. Stress isn't a good thing, but he realizes that it can have a good outcome. Usually, he goes on walks to relieve stress.

When I'm stressed, I always take a walk. Doesn't matter the weather, fresh air and movement will always help me feel better. I don't let my stress get out of hand!

I'm immune to stress caused by tiny kits.
Crying sure I can take it and tune it out.
Their just babies not like they can help it.
Older kits screaming and tantrums won't fly though I hadn't dealt with that from Bear.
The younger kits tried tantrums but that doesn't last with me.
Though I can't get angry because they are still young.
Stress by adults is what angers me the most.
I do not let stupidity and slack go.
Unfortunately workplaces deal with that often.
I will not hesitate to get someone fired though.
I already have kits I need to care for but I don't need to care for others.
Rhyse takes the stress off me.
Ghastly adds to it sometimes but I know them so its easy to deal with.
I deal with stress by making weapons and drawing tattoos.
Ghastly and Rhyse care for the kits so I have spare time after work.
All in all I say its not too bad.

Zia Lynch - She lets it out through watching comical things such as movies or videos and filming her own.
Lenny Lynch - He goes and chops wood. Physical work gets the stress out really quickly for him!
Nelson Blakely - When he was younger he would probably go to the shooting range, but noways in his old age he gets his stress out by feeding the pigeons at the park and playing chess.
Solitaire Pitch - She goes and plays card games such as solitaire.
Orube Hoho - Orube goes and meditates under a tree. Finding inner peace is the best way to cope with the world.
Samantha Rain - She goes outside exploring or goes horseback riding.
Terry Kingsford - Terry deals with stress by filling it with food or going figure skating.
Ruby Doherty - She sorts her herbs or rearranges her crystals.
Kress Doherty - He takes his sward out and practices sward fighting with a local tree or mast.

Scorpio is constantly stressed, and will continue to stress unless he automatically takes care of whatever is stressing himself out. If he can't then he will just leave that place for a while and hope he can avoid it.

Ember stress-eats; its comforting, but not a good way to deal with stuff. If she can't then she will just try not to think about the stressor

Felicity will not show her stress, though when she is she will work extra hard and will not sleep until she fixes whatever is stressing her out

Hot dad / 21 / how does your kalon deal with stress?

Alejandro listens to up beat music and tries to keep positive. It's hard though, to smile all the time, but he knows this and tries not to beat himself up too much if things don't go to plan.
He's usually very laid back, and even when a big deadline is nearing he'll go out with his mates and act carefree.

Ezequiel feels stress a lot more than Alejandro. He likes to act cool calm and collected but hes worrisome underneath and if a lot is going on something small can get him tearing up. He turns to his dad for personal help, and his close friends for other things. He has some very caring and understanding people in his life which he's thankful for. (But not all of his friends are so caring, a lot are a bad influence!)

How does your kalon deal with stress?

Morgan - By throwing a tantrum. Morgan typically deals with stress by taking time to just drink tea and play piano. It's just about the only thing that works for him beyond throwing things and screaming like a giant child.

Gabriel - Gabriel tends to deal with stress by pushing himself physically. Running, and particularly more destructive means of training are go-to's for de-stressing.

Angel - She doesn't. At all. It's incredibly rare for her to get stressed in the first place, as she's strangely well adapted to the more mentally taxing parts of her position, but when she does get stressed she doesn't deal well with it at all. Typically she gets snappy, and overemotional, crying at the drop of a hat, and generally being an absolute mess. Nobody has really figured out a way to snap her out of it or help beyond just letting her get it out of her system.

Dante - Dante typically deals with stress by taking an evening to just spend quiet time with friends or family. Nothing crazy, just hanging out together watching a movie or existing in the same room. He enjoys the company and chance to just exist without worrying about anything.
