Adaline's a pretty laid-back girl; it takes a lot for her to become physically upset. She doesn't enjoy showing her cards, causing her to appear rather indifferent in many situations. Since she gets bored easily, Addy is often sticking her nose in business that is not her own, her curious nature often getting the best of her. She'll seek out danger and excitement just for the hell of it, but wouldn't be completely stupid over this. She knows her boundaries, as temping as they are to cross. While she's kind most of the time, she's blunt, for better or for worst. She's confident in her abilities, both magical and otherwise, and would prove anyone wrong that thinks less of her than she knows she's worth.

She lived within her coven since she first learned of her abilities, sharing a large house with the other witches. While Adaline knows of many talents she could possibly learn herself, she's best with potions and sensory scrying, which allows her to use other's senses as her own for short periods of time. After a large dispute with one of the other girls, she decided to leave and come to this school, mainly for the allure of various rumors.
