Roseto Capo Warmbloods are a relatively new horse breed with the Iberian Warmblood, Andalusian, Lusitano and Spanish Mustang making up its bloodline. Founded by two horses specially imported from Spain to Italy, the breed was founded in the beautiful town of Roseto Capo and has quickly made its way across the globe. They have a height range of 15hh to 17.2hh. Horses shorter or taller than this range are not desired and are not used for breeding.

RCWs excel in dressage and are rarely bought for any other use. With large, expressive movements paired with the ability to collect and shorten, these horses are ideal for the dressage arena. Short backs and strong quarters allow for powerful, flowing gaits that have a good natural rhythm. These horses are very carefully bred in order to retain their quality and natural talent.

Prompt: Pressured to feeling as though she must follow in her ancestor's legacies, she puts up a front of cold and blunt; distancing herself of distractions from her assumed purpose. In truth, Vera doesn't feel this is wholeheartedly herself. She yearns for emotional connections and warm embraces of friends and family, but fears she may disappoint her heritage.

Fionnghuala, being the angel she is, would undoubtedly be first to welcome this striking newcomer! Veronika's intricate coat and piercing red eyes have Finn hooked immediately, she has never seen such beauty. Most other horses in the barn are much too intimidated by the devilish appearance of this mare, they'd rather avoid contact, but Finn found her to be absolutely gorgeous!
The incredible physical contrast of these two horses make for an odd but pleasing sight, like Yin and Yang reborn. Fionnghuala may be the only horse Veronika finds any true connection with, and the only being, allowed to call her Nikki rather than Vera.

Solitaire can come across as unfeeling and aloof. In truth, they've never had much need or desire for frequent companionship. Additionally, they don't understand the point of common 'social niceties'. With these two things combined, others misinterpret their behavior. Despite this, they have a few close friends that understand them and the group understands if Solitaire doesn't want to hang out, it's nothing personal.

While a few friendly horses initially tried to greet the newcomer, they were quickly back off, intimidated by their taciturn nature. Sarajevo ((I don't have any RCWs yet)) was the first to actually have a dialogue with Solitaire and later, get to know them. While Sarajevo if often in the spotlight due to his incredible dancing and footwork, he hates all the attention and crowds. He often tries to escape and find some secluded area of the ranch. It was one of these times that he found Solitaire occupying one of his favorite hidden spots.

Etemenaki likes to say that they are not the kindest horse. That they would do better in a den of wolves than a herd of horses. But Howl sees otherwise. He saw how, despite keeping their distance from the different herds of the barn, they take the higher ground; ensure nothing would come to harm the peaceful pastures. Etemenanki doesn't have the bite in their tone they say they do; all Howl hears is uncertainty.

Etemenanki is fearful. More than they would ever let anyone in on. And Howl just loves a challenge. The stallion is more than happy to cheekily sidle up towards them, getting ever clsoer the more they shuffle away. But he's not stupid. He keeps enough distance; it wouldn't do well to chase away the newcomer, would it? So, in the span of a couple fo months, Howl would simply exist near Etemenanki. Complaining, chatting, sleeping, eating, the whole lot. If the horse really wantd him to lave, he had no doubt they would run him off. But that never happened.

It's still a bit of a work in progress. But every so often, it seems that Etemenanki is closer to the herd and Howl is closer to them. We're all really starting to think that stallion has some sort of magic to him.
