Seems to be a trend among the males of the first LOC forms. This guy has no home either, poor boy. Same thing with the mane, no mane on the original ref lines

L.O.C. Redesign done December 16, 2013 for readoption. Original credit for the design going to the proper people. Colors remained the same with a few key attributes.
