The name I've chosen for her:

Aiyana. The meaning of this name is "eternal blossom".

Personality:

She is proper and entelagent. Aiyana is very respectful for others and herself. She can be old fashioned at times. She can also be up tight and reluctant to do crazy things or things deemed as an unladylike, but really deep down she's wishes just to be able to relax and be herself at times.

Woo:

(Staring my Ahzenai Lusifee.)

Ahzen was rowdy and chattery. Word of the new Ahzenai easily spread through out the place like in a small town. They spoke of how beautiful, elegant, and cat like she was. The Ahzenai with out a name.

All this chit-chatter sparked curiosity in Lusifee. Her eyes glisten in the light as she looked toward the vortex. High on her perch she spotted the nameless Ahzenai. So the rumors are true... Lusifee thought to herself as her tail flickered. She stood and jumped down from her thrown. She shook her fur loose of any dirt particles making sure she was well presentable.

Lusifee held her self up straight. She walked lightly and had already planed her steeps without looking down but forward. She drew near to the crowed that stared and drooled in awe over the new Ahzenai. "Excuse me, pardon me..." She politely could say as she passed by others trying to make up there mind or not to approach the alluring new being. Lusifee wasn't found of close contact and big groups. She rested the urge to flash her teeth and hiss.

Lusifee finally made her way out front. She shook her head at another on looker with his mouth gapping. She slid her tail under his jaw and shut it for him. "Shame on you. Where are your manors? Acting as if you've never seen a lady before." Lusifee scolded him.

She then took a step closer to the newbie. "Salutations." She greeted the other cat like Ahzenai. "It seems you have a situation and I wish to help you out on your life journey to find out who you really are." Lusifee looked at her with warm eyes. "You'll find you're not always expected to be proper to be a lady. After all we are all beings of life and to live life one must unwind time to time, laugh, and just have fun." Lusifee smiled lightly and gave chuckle. "You might just go bonkers if you don't."

"Well I hope you consider joining me. I could teach you may ways and you could teach me yours. Oh and if I may, I would suggest the name Aiyana. It suits someone of your beauty finding out who they truly are on the inside." Lusifee stated then gave a nod and said "I wish the best for you on your journey." before moving out of others way.

Ahzenai Name: Nadira (an Arabic name meaning "rare")
Personality: Nadira is, for the most part, an adventurous "tomboy." She is wild and tough and always ready for something crazy. However, she can also be a great deal more calm and restrained, though she never loses her fierce wildness. She will be polite, considerate, and not-so-obnoxious when such times arise, where she would usually be rambunctious, crazy, and impulsive.
Woo: I glanced up at the new Ahz. 'Quite lovely,' I thought to myself. 'Well, she's worth a shot, I suppose.' I pulled my knee up to my chin and sat comfortably on my tree-branch, waiting 'til the hubbub had died down a bit. When I finally deemed it a good time to give it a try, I swung down from my perch and wandered over to the undecided Ahz. I crossed my arms and leaned against a mossy tree a few feet away from her.
"Hello there," I greeted her. "I'm Elfreda, the wandering adventurer. My name means 'elf strength.' I hear that you're in need of a new name and some help in 'finding yourself.' I hope I can be of assistance." I grinned. "I chose my own name, y'know. It used to be Morrigan, which means 'great queen,' because my parents intended for me to marry this prince guy... I had to choose between becoming a great, ladylike queen or being 'a dishonorable, disgraceful runaway,' as my father so delicately put it." I rolled my eyes at the recollection. "I had a couple week to think about it. 'Would you rather be a wealthy, good-mannered queen or a mannerless, rambunctious wild thing?' I asked myself about a thousand times. Doesn't sound so hard to choose, but it took forever. The very last day I had to decide I suddenly woke up in the middle of night with the realization that just because someone is an adventurous wanderer, it doesn't mean they can't be polite and kind when such things are required. In short, you can be a wild tomboy and you can be polite and well-mannered at the same time. You just be whichever the occasion calls for - so long as you are still being yourself, of course. That's the most important bit, y'know." I stood up and brushed the bits of moss off of my shirt. "And, as for a name, I'd suggest something unique, like yourself, and delicate yet strong." I stared at the sky for a second - or perhaps it was half a second. "Nadira," I spoke the name loudly. "It suits you very well, rare creature." With a bow and a grin, I swept away from the pretty Ahz and climbed back into my tree for a short doze in the evening sunshine with my backpack for a pillow. 'I hope she chooses her companion soon,' I thought as I drifted off to sleep. 'I'm leaving on another journey very soon...'
Why I Want Her: I want Nadira for many reasons. The first thing that caught my eye was her unique appearance - vibrant, intricate, and rare. I then fell in love with her indecisiveness - a problem that I quite often find myself troubled by, though I've never faced her dilemma myself. And lastly, as I was writing up her personality and my woo, I began to adore who she was becoming to me - a restless, spirited girl with a love of the unexpected experience and a more docile and gentle side to smooth over the rough edges. I want her because I love who she is.

. life goes by in a blur . try and pick out those few clear moments . and hold onto them .

Everyone feels they need some sort of definition. To what they see, what they do, they themselves, to life. I myself can admit to falling into this state time and time again. I prefer to be a "floater" per se, in that I do not allow even gravity hold me down and define me. I am who I am.



I closed the old journal, one that has belonged to generations of people before me, a few of which were my ancestors, but many in between who were friends and passerbys, yes that means complete strangers, to whom the journal was passed along to or allowed to be borrowed. For anyone who has come in contact with it, they know it is a place where their thoughts can be placed and their mind relieved, if need be. I've never read the entries themselves, I've never even gone back to my own entries after I've finished them, though I have read a few of the names within, an Aislin Valmont, a Lillith Clearworth, a Kenneth Barrost, an Aronn Felrett, the list goes on. I however, as I has seen, am the only entry who never signs with her true name, only ever signing as ~x. Some may think it odd, I had never really made intention for it, it just so happened to come out that way. I feel it is a way for my subconscious to show that I am not to be labeled or defined, or maybe that is only that is my way of digging too deeply into simple little things. Who's to know if not I?

Inspiration struck me at that moment with that one line. I flipped open the journal and realized that my entry hadn't been finished, so after skipping a few lines, I scribbled down quickly with my fountain pen,



Who is to know, if not I?



I was just about to sign my "pen name" when I heard a commotion just ahead of me, past the cliff's edge. I continued forward on my path along the cliffside, for the moment forgetting about my journal entry, when I saw before me what looked to be a tornado of sorts, bursting with colors that reminded me some of the ocean, but in a much softer sense. I slowly slid down the cliffside, mesmerized by the twirling sight before me, moving so beautifully, as if in a dance of creation. I moved slowly closer, watching ever so closely, until finally I came to a stop to the side of the whirlwind, away from the other people, seeing as I was a bit of an awkward, shy wallflower and therefor not always the best with people.

Just then, the most wondrous creature seemed to have been thrown out of the, what I assumed to be a sort of Vortex. In that moment, as I watched her and listened to her, I smiled, not in amusement at what some, as I heard, thought to be her "odd" nature, no no. I smiled because of recognition, because in her kindness, need to please others, and little state of confusion in needing to find herself, I saw myself. I waited for a short gap in the people, carefully weaving my way around and saying an 'Excuse me.' here and there with every little brush of a shoulder, until I finally made it before the lovely, as I had discovered while maneuvering through the crowd, Ahzenai.

I smiled, for looking upon her just brought a feeling of delight to me that caused a smile to rise on my face, stepped a little closer, cleared my throat which threatened to close on me as my nerves began to build, took a breath, and made my best shot.

"Hello dear. I'm not quite sure how this works, if there is a certain way to which this "wooing" is done, though I'm a bit nontraditional at times, so I hope you don't mind me just speaking to you, as a friend." I paused for a moment, then continued my thoughts, "You say you are looking for someone to help you find yourself, what I think though, is that you are now as you truly are meant to be. By that I mean that the you that you are looking for, is already right here before you. Someone who tries to be ladylike for others, though has moments where she slips up, but also likes to have a bit of fun. I feel that in life you aren't meant to be sure, just take it one step at a time, though more importantly, have fun and don't let anyone try and make you think that you should be any different than you are, for only you can decide that."

I flipped open to the page I had been working on in the journal, turning it around to face the beautiful Ahzenai before I accidentally read any of it, "This journal is something special not only to me, but to generations of others before me, it is a place where we keep our thoughts and let our minds find solace. I never read any of the entries, including my own, though I feel maybe you would like to and that maybe they would help you in some way. I didn't finish my entry today, though I hope that in the space I usually sign my pen name, since I never use my own name, your name may be put. I know you asked if someone could give you a name, though I do ask you to consider one of your own, it may just help. If you care to join me though and cannot by any means decide on one, I shall certainly help you think of one. Who's to know, maybe one of the names in the journal may be of your liking."

With that finally out, I set the journal in front of her and took a few steps back, deciding to wait patiently nearby, far enough that she may have space to think, but close enough that I may hear her decision.

tid bit extra: this ahzenai has truly reached me on a deeper level than any of the other ahzenai I have seen come out of the Vortex, I would adore her to death if she were to come away with me, though I know whoever she chooses will be just the one for her, and will love her dearly
