Two questions; One, How do you put static on one certain colour, like if you wanted to replace all blue with static, aka for tears and blood. Two, Is there a link to the colour palette?

For the static question, I think you just put the static on and erase around the shape you want. I don't think there's an easier way.

I haven't been able to continue my part due to this concern.
