Life in Pyrrhia [Wings of Fire, Accepting!]

Solarpath flew. Nothing got in her way, but once she got into the Kingdoms they would. Maybe she should have brought someone. Too late now, she was already five hours away from the rainforest. She flew over the scavenger den quite tired, and so she stopped for a rest. She panted and realised she was VERY hungry. She caught a pig and ate it to get rid of the paining hunger in her stomach. She got up, rustled her wings, and took off into the night sky. She would be well camouflaged in the dark. She continued to the mountains, and looks for the least dangerous path as she got nearer to it. Her wings felt like they could flap no more, so Solarpath decided to walk. She climbed up a steep, jagged slope with rocks jutting out here and there. Weary limbed, she struggled up a steep incline and misplaced her back foot. The unstable rock slid out from under her, and she came crashing down to the rocky bottom.

"Oh!" She sat up and batted at her face with her claws, wiping the sand off.

Drexel
He had woken up a lot earlier, and was still sitting next to the window, staring out. He heard Kerosene stir in the next room, and he slowly got up.

Solarpath woke up. Her head was throbbing with pain. She realised that if she had move a little more left, she would've been impaled. She shuddered at the thought of dying. She tried to get up, but fell back with a roar of agony. She had tumbled so far, she was on the other side of he mountain already. She groaned. At least she was half way there now. She laid down, waiting for the pain to subside.

I sat up on my bed, climbing off. I quietly went over to Drexel's room to check on him. "He-hello? Drexel?" I whispered to see if he was awake.

I chuckled handsomely, my muscled chest tightening. "It's ok. Want to go fly, together?" I flexed my wings.

Solarpath stood up after a couple hours and walked away with excruciating pain in her wings and legs. Great, she wrenched her shoulder. She then glanced back at her wing. Uh oh, was it supposed to bend that way?
