Shadowpelt nodded in agreement "kits would be a nice addition to the clan" a cheesy grin appeared on shadowpelt's face. he took a bite of the prey then looked back up at icefeather.

"That alone is cause for worry, but I won't badger you over it." A whimsical laugh escaped her as she curled her tail delicately over her paws. "I'm doing well, thank you. Perhaps our alleged sign from StarClan is working in more ways than one." The smile that alighted her maw became rather fond, ears slowly dropping back.

Icefeather looked back at Shadowpelt, "always have been and always will be" Icefeather couldn't take her eyes away from Shadowpelt. She starred at him, looking at his grin made her smile.

Shadowpelt coughed then coughed again and again he realized he was choking so he ran to a stream nearby and gulped the water. After his little episode he returned but did not go back to the prey he had enough.

Icefeather finished what was left of the prey. "Are you alright?" Icefeather asked.

"Hehe, yeah I'm fine" he blushed slightly unsure what else to say

Icefeather was relieved that Shadowpelt was okay. She yawned, "all that hunting exhausted me, I think I am going to get some shut eye." Icefeather curled up in the warrior's den.

"Alright sleep well" he meowed to her before she entered the den. Shadowpelt parted his jaws in a large yawn realizing how tired he was. He padded over to a small spot near the elders den and lay down in the sun

Icefeather tried to sleep but the den felt to empty. She got up and left the den. Walking over to the elders den she lay down next to Shadowpelt. Her breathing steadied as she fell to sleep.

DuskLight dipped his head in thanks, embarrassed from her concern. He chuckled along with her. A soft look in his eyes. His own smile grew wider at her words, his tail curling unconsciously. "Yeah.." He breathed out. He smiled fondly at SpeckledMoon. After a few moments DuskLight snapped out of his daze, blinking rapidly. "Oh, of course, you must mean MoonEyes' kits. They'll be arriving soon." He shuffled his paws awkwardly, his ears lying flat.
