RiverStone gave her mate a small smirk. "Whoever gets the most prey wins. Whoever gets the least amount of prey has to do something for the winner." She chuckled softly "I know who's going to lose...!"
She grinned over her shoulder at SeaWing, who let out a mew of protest.

SeaWing turned to SilverStorm "Who do you think will win?" He mewed "RiverStone or SeaWing? I got my bet on SeaWing, he's the best hunter." The tom boasted teasingly, He was obviously joking, and started to laugh half-way through his sentence.

SeaWing rolled his eyes and faked a look of annoyance, although his grin remained. "You sure about that, RiverStone? I think you might be the loser, y'know!" He nudged her shoulder with his.

"Are you okay?" He mewed, huskily. When he saw the bramble he frowned "That looks uncomfortable. Do you want me to pull it out?"

SpiritPaw was able to smile at himself, "I-I'd love to go hunting! Can we go now?" He jumped to his paws, somewhat awkwardly, and stared up at his cousin, his green eyes still wide, but this time with excitement. He gave a small, soft giggle. "I-I probably w-would've slept all day if you hadn't woken me up." He admitted, sheepishly.

Only one of his friends had really wanted to talk to him after that, but her twolegs left. "Why do you care anyway? You're a clan cat and I'm a kittypet. Why are you two even here?" He hissed, glancing at TwilightFur and then the other female, back to TwilightFur.

Brokenwing shrugged, "Same as usual, I'm going to stay in camp and help out wherever I can." Ever since her leg got broken, she didn't have any choice other than to get used to not being able to do much. But she couldn't deny the fact that she missed going hunting every day and running through the forest with her clanmates.

When Sagekit dashed back outside, Ambergaze got to his paws and padded after her, wanting to make sure that she didn't get into any trouble with the rest of their clanmates. Once outside, he spotted both his daughters in the clearing and headed over to them. "If you two are going to sneak past your mother like this, you should try not to let the whole clan know exactly where you are." The brown warrior meowed, giving each of them an affectionate lick. "Would you like to go visit the elders since you are already here ? I'm sure Lostheart would like some company." He asked, glancing towards the elders' den.

Badgerpaw chuckled, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "We'll have to wait and see, I guess," he replied, glancing back to see Cloudypaw walk over to Ashstar, probably to head out for a training lesson. He shook his head and snapped his gaze forward once again, quickening his pace to match Speckledust's. When they reached the others, he nodded his head in greeting, a friendly smile on his face. At the mention of the bet, Badgerpaw grinned, rolling back his shoulders, "Of course I want in!" Even though his talents lay mostly with fighting, he wasn't about to let the others show him up in a hunting competition.

Dawnpaw glanced around, searching for something to do while she waited for her mentor. Her blue gaze settled on Darkpaw, who was slumped down nearby, looking lonely. She hadn’t talked much to the quiet tom before, but figured that now was as good a time as any to start. The young she-cat padded over to him, doing her best not to startle him with her sudden arrival before sitting down a tail-length away. “Hi, Darkpaw, right? I’m Dawnpaw. Care for some company?” she asked, her voice friendly as she spoke with her usual amount of cheer.
