A veil of sadness hung over the camp as the two kits' bodies were brought out for the vigil. Flamekit's ginger fur shone pale in the moonlight, making Shadowkit look like just a shadow next to him. Their bodies were so small that you almost missed them in the growing darkness.

Bluesoul was arguing with Pantherleaf, insisting that she would go sit vigil with her dead kits.

"What about your other kits?" The medicine cat argued. "You need to stay with them."

(Wow, waking up at 4:30 in the morning can take away the wb! Lol )
