Lightpaw padded slowly through the forest. She had been ordered to stay in camp until she recovered, but how was she supposed to get her strength back when she was laying around all day?

Fallpaw hissed, "Sometimes I think I should have gone with being a warrior," he muttered as he pushed out into the clearing. He stalked toward the camp entrance.

She bit into a vole, her teeth sinking go into the piece of prey, savouring the taste in the back of her mouth even when she finished it. She stood up and stretched, her claws unsheathed as she arched her back. Scraping on the ground.
