Softpelt crawled onto a branch. The she-cat bounded branch to branch towards the clearing. A few feet away, she leaped down the tree and followed Birchstorm.

Birchstorm slowed to a stop when a she-cat flashed out. He dipped his head. "My name is Birchstorm. We need to speak to Stormstar."

Ludwig whipped his head around and growled at the clan cats.

"Stormstar!" Softpelt bounded out of the ferns and towards Birtchstorm. "Why did you leave us?"

"Who are you talking about? Don't know a Stormstar you crazy clan cats!" Ludwig snarled at them.

Brindle smoothly emerged, as her den was so near. "Are these Clan cats bothering you?" she muttered, claws glinting.

Oceanpaw looked around for Jay, hoping he'd come over. He was the only cat that'd talk to her, and the one she had just met, and the one she kinda liked.

"But YOU"RE Stormstar!" Softpelt tiled her head. "Why did you leave your clan when it needed you?"

"Yes these clan cats are bothering me Brindle." Ludwig meowed calmly to the other rouge. "You guys better scram and go and find another cat who is your so called Stormstar!" Ludwig continued as he focused his attention back to the clan cats.

"Don't be a mouse-brain Stormstar!" Softpelt laughed. "Why wouldn't you come back to MoonClan?"
