I looked up at Rivermist. "Whose Sparkflower?" I lifted my nose and instead of the scent of cat I got a stronger, bitter smell. "And what is that smell?" I asked scrunching up my nose.

Hawk wing followed Rivermist and skylit. "She's the medicine cat." He explained.

"Spark flower isn't here!" A voice called from deep in the cave, a pair of bright green eyes soon appeared. "I think she went to get herbs." It was night paw. The young Tom had herbs all over his messy fur. "Who's hurt?"

"Medicine cat? What's th-" Her words were cut of when a voice called out and a pair of green eyes appeared. She jumped back and hissed at the new cat approaching. Her fur stood on end as she glared at him. He didn't smell like a cat. He smelled more like the plants that were around the forest. It scared her to know that her nose had failed her. She backed away closer to Hawkwing while still hissing at the tom in front of her.

Nightpaw jumped in surprise at the hiss and looked around his eyes wide with fear. The jittery Tom didn't expect to be hissed at.

"Hello Nightpaw. Sorry, Skykit didn't expect you to be in there." Hawkwing greeted then looked at Skykit. "Skykit, this is Nightpaw. He's the medicine cat apprentice. Hes learning to be a healer for the clan." The brown tabby explained.

Nightpaw, a small Tom, didn't have to bend down very far to look at Skykit, "a new kit? How come I didn't know? How long has she been here? Is she yours Hawkwing?" He young Tom asked a million questions not waiting for the answers before asking more

Medicine cat apprentice? Healer of the clan? So he helps cat. She thought to herself. She stopped glaring at Nightpaw and let her fur lie flat, though her ears stayed flattened in suspicious curiosity. Then Nightpaw started asking questions faster than she could keep up with. She pressed herself against Hawkwing while staring at the black apprentice with big blue eyes. "Is he gonna breath?" She whispered to Hawkwing without looking away from the still talking apprentice.

Yin trotted around outside the clan boarder as she chased a rabbit but it went on Lake clan territory, she knew how to hunt but her little legs don't help much. The she cat decided the bunny want worth it so she ended up scenting for a mouse or something.

Yang walked onto Lakeclan territory and he sniffed then noticed he was oin clan territory as she darted back to Yin and stayed next to his sister. Yin looked at Yanb an chuckled

Hawkwing chuckled, "He rarely does." he replied befire looking to Nightpaw. "She just joined the clan, Nightpaw. She isnt mine though Rivermist and i are taking care of her."

"Ah! I see." Nightpaw said with a nod, "Sparkflower may want to check her over when she gets back. To make sure shes all healthy before she starts training."

"Check me for what?" I tilted my head in confusion. I flicked my tail and looked from the black tom, to Hawkwing, then back again waiting for answer.

"Just to make sure your healthy," Nightpaw said with a shrug. "Like make sure you don't have fleas, ticks, if you're ill and don't know it. You know. General stuff to make sure you won't get the rest of the clan sick"
