((Lol, sorry for the wait!! :U I was trying to decide how to approuch the post. X3))

~ Halo ~

Halo smiled as Bandit skidded to a stop, her warm touch causing him to give a light chuckle. Had she really been this worried about him? He gently lowered his head as she rested hers over his withers, and gave a contented sigh. This was the closest to a mare he'd been since ages ago, and it made him a little nervous how soon things were moving along. What if he was getting excited too soon, too early on in their relationship? He'd only just met her a few hours ago, and he could mess everything up in a much shorter amount of time than that. Yeah he'd been in relatonships before, two of them pretty serious, but something always had to happen. Something always had to destroy every little thing he'd worked so hard to build on. The thought of losing Bandit, the mare with the mysteriously rose hued eyes.... it made him ever more vulnerable. He needed to slow things down a bit, nurture their bond, get to know her better. Before he showed too much enthusiasm and caused her to run for the hills. Some mares were like that you know. Though he really did like her, and it would only take that one, extra nudge to make it blossom from there. "Dead? Naww, Canad's a better guy than that." he replyed light heartedly, trying to comfort the shaken mare. She seemed to be very much distressed by what had just happened, and to be quite frank, it had distressed him as well. It was a very real hysteria to consider, since he knew a Lead Stallion right off the top of his head that would kill for a mare. His father. "He's just very lonely is all." he added with a wistful edge, his eyes growing a little far away at the thought. He'd been lonely before, lonely and heart broken at the age of 2. After he ran away from his herd, his mother's death just moments behind him, with that horrible storm raging over head.... a small, but subtle chill rolled down his spine, and one ear swiveled back in thought. "Though if he'd open his eyes for one minute, that stallion's got a mare just waiting for him to notice her existance." he chuckled, shaking his head with utter disbelief. Famous was quite the looker actually, with that dun coat and sky blue eyes, he couldn't believe Canad kept brushing her off like that. She'd find somebody though, some day, somebody who appreciated her, and then she'd be out of the lead's reach forever. As he breathed in Bandit's almost floral scent, his ears pricked at a noise. He could see bright, contrasting colors flailing in his peripheral, and knew at once that the mare in queston was Dolce. This wasn't good, her tone, the fact that she was calling his name. "Dolce? What's wrong?!" he shouted urgently, lifting his head with pricked ears. He sensed trouble, and was immediately alerted to not only Livius' absence, but Famous' as well.

Sighing gustily to himself, Livius glanced between Famous and the stranger stallion. His eyes lingered on the scars once more and the suspicion that the stallion had gotten into trouble by entangling himself in something grew. The more he stared, the more he realized that they weren't the result of a predator attack, as he had originally suspected. No, no, focus on yourself. You know what? Be a big boy and just chew off your tail hairs. So be it. If Dolce asked, you got stuck and this was the only way out. Pulling his ears flat against his skull and feeling his mane rise up in a wave of frustrated energy, he deliberately turned and set his teeth into the charcoal silk laced with white. Carefully avoiding the sensitive stump of the flesh portion of his tail, he set to tugging violently at it. He could hear, with each sharp yank, more hairs begin to split with a viscerally-sharp ripping noise. The more he tugged, the more they tore, until - with a final and vocally-frustrated lunge - Livius pulled his once-gorgeous tail free. Dropping it and ignoring for the moment how awful it looked, he delicately stepped away from the pricker bushes and over towards Famous. Only then did he take account of how sore his spine felt, especially at the base of his tail. Groaning under his breath, he took a deep and calming breath to soothe himself. He didn't even want to entertain how much he would be teased by the other Equids when he returned to the herd.
"Okay...so, I'm out. Done. It's over with," he muttered, more to himself than to Famous and the stallion. Wait a second. Famous said that Dolce didn't really send her, so...Dolce must have made it back to the herd. Relief flowed through him like ice water. His mane relaxed back down and he nonchalantly swished his tail, wincing as it burned. He took another steadying breath and realized that there was ANOTHER Equid scent on the breeze. This one was very nearby, maybe even within touching distance...? What? He stared in the direction of the bushes until he caught a twinkle of sunset within a set of ruby-brown eyes at a much lower height than an adult. No...a foal? "Um, hey, Famous. You see that?" he asked her in regards to the hidden creature.

Dolce

Pure releif flooded through me when Halo answered, "Halo! I need help! Livius is lost in the forest and I can't find him!" I called still running and swerved towards the forest. "Come quickly!" I called and headed back. Livius, hang on please! I thought and started to breath heavily from being in a full gallop a while. I skidded to a stop at the river and looked back then leap into the river to swim across.

Zephyr

I winced as the grullo stallion yanked his tail free from the bush, why did he do that? I thought, he could have been more gentle and not lost his tail fur. I saw him look staight at me and fear raced throught me, I closed my eyes and hoped that he wouldn't come closer. I'd seen what other stallion have done to foals listening in on conversations, I oped one eye half way to watch and scooted out from a patch of light that must have been shining on my eye and giving me away.
I'm not very active here anymore, moved to DA ->
I share computer w/Dioscuri.

Fanous looked at the bushes. They moved slightly as if there was a breeze but there was none. Curiosity getting the better of her she walked closer and around to the other side of the bushes only to find a small bit of tail peeking out the bottom. She smiled and chuckled a little. Looking back at Livius she winked and said "I don't see anything out of the ordinary. You just must be imagining things Livius."

(( Shrubbery! Hahahaha! Monty Python, anyone? :) ))

Quirking an eyebrow at the wink he received, Livius stared hard at the bushes she was standing near. That twinkle of light, the reddish sparkle, appeared to have vanished. He sniffed the air again, ears now hanging off to the sides in quiet perplexion, as he slowly walked over to see what Famous was subtly gesturing at with her body language. When he saw the little tuft of a tail lying on the ground, unhidden by the thick deep-green leaves of the shrubbery and quite starkly silver against the ground, both ears flipped forwards and he quickly stifled a surprise laugh. The dull throbbing of his self-imposed injury was quickly shuffled to the back of his mind.
"Oh my, Famous, you're right. It must have been my imagination," he said aloud, mostly for the benefit of the hidden Equid - most likely a foal, judging by how the tail was dainty and thin. "What on earth do you think the little one is doing out here? Should we try and get it to come out?" These words were said sotto voce, for Famous's ears alone. His violet eyes shifted from the mare to the shrubs again. He quickly took a look back at the stranger stallion, who had yet to address them again.

I quickly nodded but not wanting to be alone, even if she was only going a few feet away followed.
So, I know nothing about you beside the fact you ran away. And your name. Are you the fun type or the kind who thinks standing around if fun?" I asked, getting my quick paced self back into play. I had a spurt of energy and being the show off I am began bucking around like I do.

Zaria gleamed. "Who thinks standing around is fun?" She reared, neighing. She jumped and cantered towards the stream, " ((Holy mc nuggets, fire alarms goin off!!)) "I'll race you! She lashed her tail playfully. Knowing he would follow. Blood roared in her long ears, and the smell lf adventure breezed by. She gave a playful buck and sprinted. not knowing about the equids on the other side of the stream. She let out a frantic whinney.

Ayaan

"I dont know, the boring kind?" I suggested as I began a full on gallop.
"You think you can beat Ayaan eh?" Feeling energetic I bucked mid gallop. As we neared the river I slower to a canter. When I heard Zaria's frantic whinnie I felt rather protective and trotted over to her.
"Whats wrong?"I neighed, still not looking up to see the presence of others.

Famous thought for a moment. "maybe if we act like we don't know it'll come out on its own." she said matching Livius voice. She looked over to him only to see that he was looking at the other stallion. She had forgotten about him and wondered if Livius heard her.

Skyrionic's head jerked up, ears priked and ready to bolt as he heard a frantic whinney. He noticed two foals on the other side of the stream. Skyrionic relaxed a bit. "Hello young ones." He called, the only movment he made was to lower his head slitly, his honey golden eyes looking over the two. One was a colt, sprisingly a non-brindled. The other one was a grulla filly, both looking around the same age.
