Hazelfur turned his head to look at Stormstar. The medicine cat's gaze remained calm, though he had noticed Foxcloud shrink back, and wasn't about to let his leader get out of control. "... Whitekit is with StarClan now." He replied softly. "She went peacefully, I assure you."

Stormstar snapped with hurt and fury. "Whitekit is dead? My precious she-kit is dead?!" He grew with fury and raked the ground, "why was it like that why? Curse you StarClan for taking my kit away so soon!" He spat out not even thinking of what he was saying. Stormstar couldn't believe it, right now he just wanted to go and kill something or make a new rule that if a lot of his is dead then one of any mates will be dead too but he knew that was a very evil thing to do.

Foxcloud shrank away further, pulling Rustkit and Stormkit closer. "Just wait for night," she murmured to them gently and quietly.

Rustkit mewed in confusion and tried to squirm out of her mother's grasp.

Hazelfur dipped his head and stepped aside, allowing, Stormstar to see the kit. He glanced briefly at Foxcloud before resting his tail gently on the she-cat's shoulder. "I'm very sorry, you two. I did all I could...." His blue-green gaze dropped to the ground.

Stormstar nuzzled his kit and cried softly, "curse you StarClan." He whispered with a shiver in his voice. His blue eyes had anger and sorrow in them but mostly anger.
