((Hahahahah, yeah, Foxfur doesn't have a mate, not since she's deputy and all. Though she might choose a kitless mate one day, she hasn't yet... MYSTERY... and she might have more than one interest.. *cough*... Now, Hawktail, on the other hand... he's got a mate... now...))

Foxfur:
I suppress a second giggle and compose myself before speaking. I flick my ear towards the apprentices den, "You have an admirer, Shadepelt, surely you'd noticed?" I give him an amused look, then yawn widely and stand up, "Come on, we should get to sleep, you're on the dawn patrol tomorrow." I add, giving a playful flick of my tail, I pad into the warriors den and curl up near Russetclaw, meowing 'goodnight' before closing my eyes.

Hawktail:
I feel my chest burst with warmth. "They did?" I ask, my voice strangely high-pitched. I shake myself, "I mean, they did?" I ask a second time, my voice more normal. "That means... we can have kits? Like, we could, whenever we want?" I ask, then, bracing myself, "We could have kits, like, right now?" My voice is broken by nerves and purrs, I shake slightly, but finally calm myself, giving Thunderstar an affectionate lick.

Shadepelt:

An admirer? I start to ask who and what she means, but Foxfur is already in the warriors den, probably asleep. I follow her in reluctantly, and still reeling in confusion, and a bit of lightness I still don't recognize. When I come into the den, and see her curled up near Russetclaw, their pelts practically touching, bile threatens my throat.
Now I think I know what the warmth and lightness is.
Giving myself a chaste shake, I pad over and curl up near Foxfur, not touching her pelt, for fear of making her uncomfortable. And besides, we're just friends, right? Why would I go and ruin that? I wouldn't. I won't. I... these feelings aren't for sure, I'm just traumatized. yes. That's it.

I purr even louder, "Do you want to?" I ask, then add, nervously, "Have kits, now, I mean?"

Also, TS to morning? That way Thunderstar and HAwktail's little romance is good and done, and everyone else can wake for dawn patrol? I'm going to go ahead and do that, if you want me to change it I will ))

Foxfur:
When I feel dawn's first light on my face, I open my eyes and release a satisfied yawn. Stretching, I turn and prod first Russetclaw then Shadepelt in the sides, "Come on you two, dawn patrol, grab a bite then we'll head out." I meow cheerfully, strangely happy and awake. I notice, as I exit the den, that Hawktail is absent. But I scent him nearby. I wonder briefly what's up, but dismiss it, grabbing a mouse and settling down to eat.

Hawktail:
I wake, filled with a joy I've never known. Lifting my head, I gaze down at Thunderstars beautiful face, looking peaceful and content in sleep. I think about waking her, but decide not to. She needs her rest. Carefully, I stand up, and tiptoe out. I see Foxfur in the clearing, eating, and theres no way to hide, so I just don't make eye contact as I work my way quietly into the warriors den. Talk will start, but I don't care. I'm just so happy.

Nighteclipse awoke with a stretch and sat down in the clearing.

Skypelt sighed. Alone in a small hollow tree above the clan she looked down at the camp
