"Oh, I'm sorry little one. I can tell its hard when your a kit and your parents leave.." She sighed at the thought, not able to relate. Finally, the apprentice stopped giving the poor kit herbs and decided to give her some food now. She got up and picked a small squirrel from the pile of prey and came back with the body in her jaws. She set it down, "I'm RainPaw, and you are?" The she gave a small smile before chewing the squirrel in bites for the kit to eat easier. RainPaw put a small chewed pile of meat in front of the kits muzzle.

Blossom sniffed the meat and immediately gulped it down. "I'm Blossom," she answered when she finished eating. The young kit looked around and said, "Who else lives here?"
